Location

The holiday hotel is located in Çolaklı, approx. 600 m from the expansive sandy/pebble beach (regular shuttle service in summer). The town center of Side can be reached after approx. 8 km, Manavgat is approx. 11 km away. Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel, newly opened in 2025, has a total of 187 rooms spread over six floors. Three elevators are available. Facilities and amenities include an attractively designed lobby with a reception, inviting seating areas, LCD satellite TV corner, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Furthermore, guests have access to a buffet restaurant (weekly themed evenings such as Turkish night, fish night, Mexican night, and Italian night), a spa center, and an indoor pool (open in the pre- and post-season). In the well-kept garden, there is a freshwater swimming pool with two water slides for adults (operating hourly and depending on weather conditions) as well as a separate children's pool with two water slides. A pool bar complements the offer. A beach/snack bar is available to guests at the hotel's own beach section. Sun loungers and parasols are included by the pool and at the beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit.

The spacious, elegantly furnished rooms (approx. 16–20 m²) feature a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, split air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities with an electric kettle, satellite TV, safe, as well as laminate and ceramic flooring, and do not have a balcony (SOZ). DR=SR for single use (SOE).

Roof Double Room

The spacious, elegantly furnished double rooms (approx. 20 m²) feature a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, split air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities with an electric kettle, satellite TV, safe, as well as laminate and ceramic flooring, and a balcony (E2O). DR=SR for single use (E1O).

Double Room

The spacious, elegantly furnished double rooms (approx. 25 m²) feature one double bed and one single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, split air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities with an electric kettle, satellite TV, safe, as well as laminate and ceramic flooring, and a balcony (D). DR=SR for single use (DE). Rooms with pool view can be booked for an extra charge (DP). DR=SR for single use with pool view (DEP).

Deluxe Whirlpool Room

The spacious, elegantly furnished double rooms (approx. 46 m²) feature one double bed and one single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, direct-dial telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities with an electric kettle, satellite TV, safe, as well as laminate and ceramic flooring and a whirlpool, balcony (WD2).

Family Room

The spacious, elegantly furnished double rooms (approx. 37 m²) consist of 2 rooms (visually separated) and feature two double beds and one single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, direct-dial telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities with an electric kettle, satellite TV, safe, as well as laminate and ceramic flooring and a whirlpool, balcony (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight buffet (soft/soup). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10:00 AM to midnight at the currently open bars. The minibar contains soft drinks, soda, and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
