The holiday hotel is located approx. 700 m from Çolaklı sandy beach, with a regular shuttle service to the beach. The complex is about 12 km from Side town, offering numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities. Public minibus and taxi services are available in front of the hotel.

The modern hotel complex has a total of 322 rooms spread across two four-story buildings and one two-story building. The various amenities of the holiday resort include the reception area with a lobby bar, elevators, a pleasant buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant, several bars, shops (for a fee), a conference room, and an indoor pool (open in the pre- and post-season, weather permitting), as well as a wellness center. The beautiful, well-maintained garden area features a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a children's pool, an aquapark with three water slides for adults and three for children, as well as a pool and snack bar. Here, as well as at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar, loungers with integrated cushions, sunshades, and beach towels are included for our guests. Wi-Fi is included in the general areas and in the rooms.

Double Room

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms, approx. 24 m², feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, air conditioning (central and weather permitting), tiled or laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms for 1+1 can be booked in limited numbers and at more favorable rates (DEA/DEB). Also available as pool view rooms (PD) or with sea view (So 25), bookable towards the sea from Summer 26 (DY2). Double room for single use bookable (DE/PDE/DY1).

Double Room Swim Up

The rooms are identical to the double rooms and have direct access to the communal pool via their own terrace, which is integrated into the pool. Chairs, a table, and loungers are slightly submerged in the shallow water (SWD). Also bookable as a double room for single use (SWE).

Family Room

These rooms, approximately 50m², have the same amenities as the double rooms. The cozy family rooms feature two bedrooms with an connecting door and two bathrooms. Tea/coffee setup is provided (DF2).

Economy Double Room without Balcony

The rooms are identical to the double rooms, in a less favorable location and without a balcony (SOZ). Rooms with a balcony can be booked in limited numbers (DI).

Comfort Double Room

These standard rooms are exclusively for schauinsland-reisen guests and offer pool views. Additionally, one complimentary in-room breakfast is included (2CD).

Superior Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people (DSU).

Terrace Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and feature a terrace with sun loungers and shade (DT2).

Family Room Type A

Similar to the family rooms, these rooms have only one bathroom/WC (2FA).

Deluxe Double Room Swim Up

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and have direct access to the main pool. Loungers are located by the main pool (DWU). Double room for single use (WU1).

Modern buffet in a stylish restaurant with various dishes and elegant lighting.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser's breakfast, snacks throughout the day, and coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie in the afternoon. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, some imported drinks (age 18+) are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
