The holiday hotel is located approx. 700 m from Çolaklı sandy beach, with a regular shuttle service to the beach. The complex is approx. 12 km from Side town with its many shopping and entertainment facilities. Public minibus and taxi services are available in front of the hotel.

The modern hotel complex has a total of 322 rooms spread across two four-storey and one two-storey building. Amenities include a reception area with a lobby bar, lifts, a pleasant buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant, various bars, shops (for a fee), a conference room, and an indoor pool (in the low and high season, weather permitting) as well as a wellness centre. The beautiful, well-maintained gardens feature a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a children's pool, an aquapark with three water slides for adults and three water slides for children, as well as a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers with integrated cushions, sunshades, and beach towels are included for our guests here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar. Wi-Fi is included in general areas and in the rooms.

Accommodation

Double Room

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms, approx. 24 m², feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, air conditioning (central and weather permitting), tiled or laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms for 1+1 are available in limited numbers and at more favorable rates (DEA/DEB). Also available as pool view rooms (PD) or with sea view (So 25), bookable from summer 26 towards the sea (DY2). Double rooms can also be booked for single use (DE/PDE/DY1).

Double Room Swim Up

The rooms are identical to the double rooms and have direct access to the communal pool via their own terrace, which is integrated into the pool. Chairs, a table, and loungers are provided in the shallow water (SWD). Also bookable as double rooms for single use (SWE). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for bookings of these room types, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for safety reasons.

Family Room

The rooms are approx. 50m² and otherwise have the same amenities as the double rooms. The cozy family rooms feature two bedrooms with an connecting door and two bathrooms. Tea/coffee setup available (DF2).

Super Saver Room without Balcony

The rooms are identical to the double rooms, in a less preferred location and without a balcony (SOZ). Rooms with a balcony are available in limited numbers (DI).

Comfort Double Room

These standard rooms are exclusively for schauinsland-reisen guests and have a pool view. Additionally, a one-time in-room breakfast is complimentary (2CD).

Superior Room

The rooms are identical to the double rooms and accommodate up to 4 people (DSU).

Terrace Room

The rooms are identical to the double rooms and feature a terrace with loungers and sun protection (DT2).

Family Room Type A

With similar amenities to the family rooms, these rooms however only have one bathroom/WC (2FA).

Deluxe Double Room Swim Up

The rooms are identical to the double rooms and have direct access to the main pool. Loungers are located at the main pool (DWU). Double rooms for single use (WU1).

All Inclusive

Modern buffet in a stylish restaurant with various dishes and elegant lighting.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, and coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, some imported drinks (for guests aged 18 and over) are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open at the time. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks.
