Location

The holiday hotel is located approx. 700 m from the sandy beach of Çolaklı, with a regular shuttle service to the beach. The complex is approx. 12 km from the town of Side, which offers numerous shopping and entertainment options. Public minibus and taxi connections are available in front of the hotel.

The modern hotel complex has a total of 322 rooms spread over two four-story buildings and one two-story building. The various amenities of this holiday resort include an entrance area with a reception, lobby bar, elevators, a lovely buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant, various bars, shops (for a fee), a conference room, an indoor pool (in the low season, weather-dependent), and a wellness center. The beautiful, well-maintained gardens feature a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a children's pool, an aquapark with three waterslides for adults and three waterslides for children, as well as a pool and snack bar. Here, as well as at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar, sun loungers with integrated pads, sunshades, and beach towels are included for our guests. Wi-Fi is included in the general areas and in the rooms.

Accommodation

Double Room

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms (approx. 24 m²) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, air conditioning (central and weather-dependent), tile or laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms for 1+1 can be booked in limited numbers and at more favorable conditions (DEA/DEB). Also bookable as a pool-view room (PD) or with side sea view (DY2); in summer 26, bookable facing the sea (DY2). DR=SR available for single use (DE/PDE/DY1).
For Summer '27, double rooms with pool view (DPI) or side sea view (DYI) are available in limited numbers at more favorable conditions.
For Summer '27, double rooms with land view are available for families with children in limited numbers at more favorable conditions (DB).

Double Room Swim Up

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and have direct access to the communal pool via their own terrace, which is integrated into the pool. Chairs, a table, and sun loungers are positioned slightly in the shallow water (SWD). Also bookable as DR=SR for single use (SWE). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased potential danger for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.
For Summer '27, SwimUp rooms can be booked in limited numbers at more favorable conditions under (A2Q).

Family Room

The family rooms (approx. 50 m²) have otherwise the same facilities as the double rooms but feature two bedrooms with a connecting door and two bathrooms. One bedroom is located in the interior and has no window and no balcony. A tea/coffee set is provided (DF2).

Super Saver Room without Balcony

These rooms are identical to the double rooms, in a less preferred location, and without a balcony (SOZ). Rooms with a balcony can be booked in limited numbers (DI).

Comfort Double Room (Sum '26)

These standard rooms are for Schauinsland-Reisen guests only and feature a pool view. Additionally, a one-time breakfast in the room is included free of charge (2CD).

Superior Room (Sum '26)

The rooms are identical to the double rooms and feature beds for up to 4 people (DSU).

Terrace Room (Sum '26) Deluxe Room (Sum '27)

The rooms are identical to the double rooms and feature a terrace with sun loungers and sun protection (Sum '26 DT2/Sum '27 DD2).

Family Room Type A

With similar facilities to the family rooms, these rooms only have one bath/WC (2FA).

Double Room Deluxe Swim Up

The rooms are identical to the double rooms and have direct access to the main pool. Sun loungers are located at the main pool (DWU). DR=SR for single use (WU1).

Double Room Special

The rooms are identical to the double rooms and are valid for bookings from April 9, 27 to May 3, 27 and receive special privileges (DA).

All Inclusive

Modern hotel buffet area with various dishes and elegant design.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, daytime snacks, as well as coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and some imported drinks (from age 18) are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is restocked daily with soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Further imported drinks, bottled drinks, vitamin bar, telephone and fax charges, room service, and laundry service.

Sports included
