Location

The hotel, newly opened in 2022, is located in Çolakli and is approx. 500 m from a long, gently sloping sandy beach (a regular shuttle service is available free of charge) and only approx. 8 km from the town of Side with its many shopping and entertainment options. Public minibus and taxi connections are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities

The resort hotel, consisting of two buildings, offers 263 rooms spread over 5 floors (four lifts available). Amenities at this party hotel include a lobby with a bar, main restaurant with terrace area, various à-la-carte restaurants (reservation required), multiple bars, various snack stations, a patisserie, a nightclub (11 pm–2 am), an indoor pool that is open and heated during the winter period with a separate children's pool (weather permitting), a spa area, and various shops (for a fee). Wi-Fi is free throughout the resort. In the outdoor area, you will find a main pool and an aqua pool with 3 water slides. Parasols, sun loungers, and beach towels are included for our guests here as well as at the beach with its pool/beach bar.

Accommodation

Double room

The approx. 25 m² comfortably furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, bathrobe, hairdryer, satellite LED TV with music channel, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, coffee/tea setup, minibar, ceramic floor, land view, and a balcony (D). Pool view can be booked for an extra charge (PD). DR=SR for single use (DE/PDE).

Super saver room

Similar in features to the double rooms, located in a less preferred position (SSZ). DR=SR for single use (SSE).

Double room Deluxe

This room category is slightly larger (approx. 28 m²) with similar features to the double rooms and additionally includes a larger TV, direct access to the balcony with a private Jacuzzi, and a private garden. Express check-in and VIP setup upon arrival (DD2). Pool view can be booked for an extra charge (D2P). DR=SR for single use (DD1/DPE).

Double room Swim Up

Similar features to the Deluxe rooms (without Jacuzzi and garden) with direct access via the balcony to the shared pool for these room types (SWD). DR=SR for single use (SWE). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Suite

Similar features to the double rooms, but much more spacious (approx. 56 m²) and each features 2 bedrooms with a connecting door, 2x bath/WC, 2 balconies, and pool view (S2).

Ultra All Inclusive +16 years (Summer)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, daytime snacks, afternoon coffee/tea, and ice cream hour. Various local and imported non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (from age 18) at the bars currently open and premium alcoholic drinks at the lobby bar (24 hours) are included. Starbucks coffee in the patisserie is included once for a minimum stay of 7 nights. Your minibar is restocked daily with bottled water, mineral water, fruit juices, and soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

All Inclusive +16 years (Winter)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, daytime snacks, afternoon coffee/tea, and ice cream hour. Various local and imported non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (from age 18) at the bars currently open and premium alcoholic drinks at the lobby bar (until 12 am) are included.
