Location

The popular holiday hotel in Colakli is located approx. 600 m from the wide sandy beach (a free shuttle service from the hotel to the beach is available). Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 8 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The sprawling hotel complex features two buildings with a total of 200 rooms on five floors (lifts available). Hotel facilities include a pleasantly designed lobby with reception and inviting seating areas, a lobby bar and other bars, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, as well as various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the hotel. In the well-maintained, spacious garden area, there is an amphitheater as well as a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, and another pool with three water slides (hourly and weather-dependent at the hotelier's discretion), a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Here, as well as at the beach with a snack bar (only soft drinks and beer included from 10 am to 5 pm), sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included for our guests.

Accommodation

Double room

The comfortably furnished rooms are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, mini-fridge, satellite TV with music channel, safe for rent, air conditioning (individually adjustable), a balcony, and laminate flooring (D/DA/DB). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE). In summer 2027, available to book in small numbers and at more favorable rates for single occupancy (DEA/DEB/DEC).

Super saver room

These are slightly smaller than the double rooms and have no balcony (SOZ).

Comfort double room

These are slightly smaller with similar facilities to the double rooms (2CD).

Double room Type I

These are identical to the double rooms, bookable at more favorable conditions with limited availability (DI).

Large double room

These feature similar amenities to the double rooms and additionally include a bunk bed for children (D2X).

Family room

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door and are located in the annex building (DF2).

Deluxe double room (Summer 2027)

The approx. 20–23 m² deluxe double rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms and can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

Adults only double room (Summer 2027)

The approx. 15–17 m² adult-only double rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms and can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks at noon, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as hourly ice cream and a midnight snack from 12 am to 1 am. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks from 10 am to 12 am at various bars. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory. The minibar is filled with water upon arrival and refilled daily if required.

Fresh fruit juices, drinks in the nightclub, imported drinks, drinks after 12 am, all bottled drinks, and cocktails.
