The hotel is located in the popular holiday region of Çolaklı, approximately 450 meters from the sandy beach. A regular shuttle service transports guests to the beach free of charge. The famous ancient city of Side is about 15 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The modern hotel complex consists of a total of 225 rooms, spread across two buildings with five floors each (elevators available). Facilities include a reception hall with seating areas and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and on the beach. A buffet restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (included once per stay based on availability and with prior reservation), a patisserie, various bars, and a disco on certain days (drinks at a charge). Some shops, a hairdresser, a well-equipped spa center (all at a charge), and an indoor pool (open during the winter season). A large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, water slides (seasonal opening hours), and a pool/snack bar. Sun umbrellas, loungers with integrated cushions, and beach towels for the pool and beach are included at the beach/snack bar.

Sea view is bookable at an extra charge (DSP). Sea view with terrace (DMU) is bookable. Double room for single use (DSE/DST). During the pre- or post-season, it is available for single use with a pool view at more favorable rates (DAP).

Superior Double Room Type B

The rooms, approximately 29 sqm, feature 1 double bed (French bed), 1 single bed, and a sofa bed or pull-out bed (for children only), shower/WC, hairdryer, central air conditioning, minibar, LCD satellite TV, telephone, safety deposit box (rental fee), laminate flooring, and a balcony, suitable for a maximum occupancy of 2+2 people (DSB). Also bookable as a child-friendly room (CU2).

Deluxe Double Room

With similar amenities to the Superior rooms, guests booking this category receive the following privileges: one complimentary holiday photo, a 10-minute introductory massage, and a beach bag (DD2). Bookable during the pre- or post-season with more favorable rates for single use (SIE/DEA/UB1).

Comfort Double Room

With similar amenities to the Superior rooms, guests receive the following privileges: a fruit basket and wine in the room upon arrival, a bathrobe (for adults only), VIP bathroom amenities, and a complimentary second à la carte meal (2CD). Rooms with pool view are bookable at an additional charge (ACD). Double room for single use (1CD/CDA).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms have an additional bedroom with an connecting door (DF2). Pool view is bookable at an additional charge (FP2). Bookable during the pre- or post-season with more favorable rates (FPA).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late risers' breakfast until 10:30 AM. Afternoon coffee/tea with pastries at the patisserie, and snacks available throughout the day. At the beach bar, soft drinks and local alcoholic beverages are available from 10 AM to 5 PM. Your minibar is refilled daily with water and mineral water.
