Location

The holiday hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the center of the holiday resort of Side – Colakli. The extensive, gently sloping sandy beach is 600 m away and can be easily reached by the hotel's own shuttle bus (included several times a day). The picturesque old town of Side is approx. 10 km away; public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The attractive resort hotel consists of several three- to four-story residential buildings (each with an elevator) and has a total of 308 rooms. Central facilities include the modern lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, a main restaurant with terrace, other bars, bistro, two à la carte restaurants (May 15 to Oct 15, one meal is included per stay upon reservation and subject to availability), satellite TV room, reading and games room and activities there (for a fee), conference room. Various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee), the wellness area with modern indoor pool (open at the beginning and end of the season). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the well-kept garden there is an amphitheater, a beautifully landscaped freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with three water slides (hourly), and a pool/snack bar. Here and at the beach, which can be reached via several steps (with its own beach bar), sun loungers, parasols, pads, and beach towels are included.

The rooms, decorated in bright colors, feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, rental safe, mini-fridge, electric kettle for coffee/tea making, satellite TV, air conditioning, tiled floor, and balcony (D). Pool-side rooms are available for an extra charge (PD). DZ=SR for single use (DE/PDE).

With similar facilities to the double rooms, but without a balcony and in a less preferred location (SZO).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, and a midnight snack. A small lunch is also available at the beach bar. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the bars when open from 10:00 AM to midnight. The mini-fridge is stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival and refilled twice a week. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
