Location

The holiday hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the center of the holiday resort Side – Colakli. The spacious, gently sloping sandy beach can be easily reached by the hotel's own shuttle bus (included several times a day) after 600 m. The picturesque old town of Side is approx. 10 km away; public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The appealing resort hotel consists of several three- to four-story residential buildings (each with an elevator) and has a total of 308 rooms. Central facilities include the modern reception area with seating and lobby bar, a main restaurant with a terrace, further bars, a bistro, two à la carte restaurants (May 15 - Oct 15, one is included once per stay upon prior reservation and subject to availability), a satellite TV room, a reading and games room with activities (for a fee), and a conference room. Various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee), the wellness area with a modern indoor pool (open at the beginning and end of the season). Wi-Fi throughout the complex is included. The well-maintained garden area features an amphitheater, a beautifully landscaped freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with three water slides (open at certain times), and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, cushions, and bath towels are included here and on the beach, which is accessible via several steps (with its own beach bar).

The rooms, decorated in light colors, have a shower/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, rental safe, mini-fridge, kettle for coffee/tea making, satellite TV, air conditioning, tiled floor, and a balcony (D). Pool view can be booked for an extra charge (PD). Double room for single use (DE/PDE).

These rooms, with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, have a shower/toilet and an additional bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).

Super Saver Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, but without a balcony and in a less preferred location (SZO).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. A small lunch is also available at the beach bar. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars from 10 a.m. to midnight. The mini-fridge is stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival and refilled twice a week. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
