The hotel is located in the Colakli holiday region, approx. 200 m from the hotel's own sandy beach. The nearest entertainment and shopping facilities are approx. 200 m away. The ancient city of Side is approx. 11 km away and Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away.

The chic hotel has 293 rooms spread over five floors with lifts. The interior includes a reception, lobby with seating areas and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel area and in the rooms. Other facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (from May 15, included once per stay for guests aged 6 and over with advance reservation, all further visits for a fee), a discotheque, a satellite TV lounge, an indoor pool with an integrated children's pool (open during winter season), various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Outside, there is a snack/pool bar, a large swimming pool (heated until April 30 and from October 15), a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool, and an aquapark with seven water slides and a mini aquatower for children (hourly). Sun loungers, parasols, and mattresses are included here and at the beach with a beach/snackbar. Towel change is included once a week; on other days, a fee applies.

Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms have a shower/WC with a hairdryer, air conditioning (individually controlled), safe, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, LCD satellite TV, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Rooms with a pool view can be booked for an extra charge (DP).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but in a less preferred location and without a balcony (SOZ).

Family Room

These rooms offer two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, with the same amenities as the double rooms (DF2). Rooms with two bathrooms can also be booked for an extra charge (FG).

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form. Ice cream during lunch and dinner, snacks at the beach bar at lunchtime; coffee, tea, and cakes in the patisserie in the afternoon, and a midnight snack from 10 PM to 7 AM at the new bistro bar. You will receive various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is stocked daily with water and soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
