The hotel is located in Colakli, approximately 300 m from the wide sandy beach (partly rocky, swimming shoes recommended). Side, with its numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities, is about 9 km away, and Antalya Airport is approximately 55 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The hotel complex comprises several adjoining buildings with a total of 296 rooms spread across four floors (elevators available). Hotel facilities include a friendly reception area with a seating area, lobby bar, additional bars, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, and various shops and a hairdresser (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The indoor pool is open depending on weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion. The well-maintained garden area features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and two water slides (open during specific hours and subject to weather conditions and the hotelier's discretion), sun terraces, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for guests here and at the beach bar.

The friendly furnished rooms, approximately 23 m², are equipped with a shower or bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, mini-fridge, LCD satellite TV, safe (rental fee), individually adjustable air conditioning, and a balcony. They have laminate flooring (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Family Room

These rooms (approx. 43 m²) have similar amenities to the double rooms but consist of two separate bedrooms with an interconnecting door (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. Snacks, coffee/tea and cake, and ice cream are available at specific times during the day. Midnight soup from 11:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are included from 10 AM to 12 AM at different bars. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory. The minibar is filled with water upon arrival and refilled daily as needed.
