Location

The holiday property is located approximately 350 m from the gently sloping sandy beach; a shuttle bus is available free of charge several times a day. You will find several shopping and entertainment options in the immediate vicinity, the picturesque center of Side is located approx. 10 km away, and public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The attractive holiday complex consists of a four-story main building and a seven-story annex, offering a total of 344 rooms. Many amenities include an atrium-style lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar, a friendly decorated main restaurant with a terrace, additional bars, a disco, a modern wellness area (for guests aged 16 and over), and a shopping center with various shops (all for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in public areas. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, you will find an amphitheater for evening events, the main swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with two water slides and a separate children's pool, and near the annex building, a new pool with an integrated children's pool and a water slide for our younger guests, as well as spacious sun terraces and an inviting pool/snackbar. Here and at the beach (with a great beach bar), which is accessible via steps, sun loungers, cushions, sunshades, and beach towels (can be changed every two days for free) are included.

Accommodation

Double room

Tastefully decorated in bright colors, these rooms are located in the main building or annex and offer bath/WC (main building) or shower/WC (annex), hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, mini-fridge, air conditioning (individually adjustable), carpeted floor, and a balcony (D). Double room = Single room for sole use (DE).

Super saver room

These are identical to the double rooms, but located in a less preferred position (SSZ). Double room = Single room for sole use (SSE).

Large double room

These are identical to the double rooms and feature a bunk bed (D2X).

Family room

With similar features to the double rooms, these consist of a bedroom and a separate combined living/sleeping area divided by an interior door, and are located in the main or annex building (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served from rich buffets (including a diet corner at dinner), late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as midnight soup. Diverse local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 10:00 AM to midnight at the currently open bars. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive

Imported drinks, all drinks after midnight, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and Turkish coffee specialties.

Sports included

One hard tennis court (during the day with own equipment), table tennis, fitness room (aged 16 and over), basketball, aerobics, step, gymnastics, air rifle shooting (aged 16 and over), darts, water polo, water gymnastics, as well as boccia and beach volleyball at the beach.
