Location

The holiday residence is located approximately 350 m from the gently sloping sandy beach; a shuttle bus is available free of charge several times a day. You will find various shopping and entertainment opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The picturesque center of Side is located approx. 10 km away, and public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The attractive holiday complex consists of a four-story main building and a seven-story annex, offering a total of 344 rooms. The many amenities include an atrium-style lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar, a friendly decorated main restaurant with a terrace, additional bars, a nightclub, a modern wellness area (for guests aged 16 and over), and a shopping center with various shops (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in public areas. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, you will find an amphitheater for evening events, the main swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with two water slides and a separate children's pool, as well as a new pool near the annex with an integrated children's pool and a water slide for our younger guests. Furthermore, there are spacious sun terraces and the inviting pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels (can be changed free of charge every two days) are included here and at the beach (with a great beach bar), which you can reach via steps.

Double Room

The rooms, tastefully decorated in bright colors, are located in the main building or the annex and feature a bath/WC (main building) or shower/WC (annex), hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, mini-fridge, air conditioning (individually adjustable), carpeted floor, and balcony (D). DR=SR for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms, but in a less preferred location (SSZ). DR=SR for single use (SSE).

Large Double Room

Identical to the double rooms and equipped with a bunk bed (D2X).

Family Room

With similar features to the double rooms, these consist of a bedroom and a combined living/sleeping area separated by an interconnecting door, and are located in the main building or the annex (DF2).

You will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner from rich buffets (incl. diet corner at dinner), late-riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 10:00 AM to midnight at the respective open bars. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive

Imported drinks, all drinks after midnight, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and Turkish coffee specialties.

Sports included

One hard-surface tennis court during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, fitness room (from 16 years), basketball, aerobics, step, gymnastics, air rifle shooting (from 16 years), darts, water polo, aqua gym, as well as boccia and beach volleyball at the beach.
