Located directly on the Manavgat River. In the popular holiday area of Side-Titreyengöl, approx. 350 m from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach. The centre of Side, with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues, bars and restaurants, is reachable after approx. 7 km, while the centre of Manavgat is approx. 5 km away. Public transport is available.

Summer
In addition to 429 rooms spread over seven floors served by elevators, this luxury hotel offers a large lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in communal areas and in the rooms. Main restaurant with outdoor terrace, various à la carte restaurants (one visit included with reservation and subject to availability for stays of 7 days or more; some à la carte restaurants operate from April 1st to October 15th and others only from May 1st to October 31st), various bars and a patisserie. Various shops (for a fee), nightclub, conference rooms, indoor pool (seasonal), fitness center, and a spa and wellness center. The well-maintained grounds feature an aquapark with five slides, a freshwater swimming pool, a relax pool, a separate children's pool, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers with integrated pads and parasols (sun sails at the beach) are included by the pools and on the beach. Pool towels are changed once daily free of charge.

Double room

These stylish and elegantly furnished rooms are approx. 32 m² and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually controlled), rental safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, slippers, LED satellite TV, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE). Rooms with side sea view are available at an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use with side sea view (DEM).

Super saver room

Equipped the same as the double rooms but in a less preferred location and slightly smaller (approx. 27 m²) (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).

Family room

These approx. 40 m² rooms offer the same amenities as the double rooms with an additional bedroom with a connecting door (DF2). Rooms with sea view are available at an extra charge (F2M).

Junior suite

The junior suites are approx. 47 m² and consist of the same amenities as the double rooms plus two bedrooms with a sofa, and pool and river views (J2A).

Comfort room

These approx. 35 m² rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms, however, the minibar is additionally stocked daily with beer and wine (DKO). Side sea view is available at an extra charge (CDM). Double room for single use (DKE/CDS).

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style with a diet corner, late-riser breakfast, hourly snacks throughout the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream, as well as midnight snacks. All drinks are served at the table during lunch and dinner. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, along with some imported drinks, are included around the clock at the bars currently open. The minibar is replenished daily with water and soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
