Located directly on the Manavgat River. In the popular holiday region of Side-Titreyengöl, approx. 350 m from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach. The center of Side with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, bars, and restaurants is reachable in approx. 7 km, the center of Manavgat in approx. 5 km. Public transport is available.

Summer
The luxury hotel offers, in addition to its 429 rooms spread over seven floors with elevators, a large reception hall with seating areas and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. Main restaurant with outdoor terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once with reservation and availability for stays of 7 days or more, some à la carte restaurants operate from April 1st to October 15th, and some are only operational from May 1st to October 31st), various bars, and a patisserie. Several shops (for a fee), a disco, conference rooms, an indoor pool (seasonally open), a fitness center, and a spa and wellness center. The well-maintained outdoor area features an aquapark with five slides, a freshwater swimming pool, a relaxation pool, a separate children's pool, and a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers with integrated cushions and umbrellas (sunshades on the beach) by the pools and on the beach are included. Bath towels are changed free of charge once a day.

Double Room

The stylishly and elegantly furnished rooms are approx. 32 sqm and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually controlled), safe (rental fee), minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, slippers, LED satellite TV, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE). Rooms with side sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DM). Single room occupancy (DEM).

Super Saver Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are in a less desirable location and are slightly smaller (approx. 27 sqm) (SSZ). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (SSE).

Family Room

The rooms, approx. 40 sqm, offer the same amenities as the double rooms and have an additional bedroom with a connecting door (DF2). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an extra charge (F2M).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are approx. 47 sqm and, with the same amenities as the double rooms, consist of two bedrooms with a sofa and a pool and river view (J2A).

These rooms, approx. 35 sqm, have similar amenities to the double rooms, but the minibar is restocked daily with beer and wine (DKO). Side sea view can be booked at an extra charge (CDM). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DKE/CDS).

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style with a diet corner, late riser's breakfast, snacks available at certain hours, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream, and midnight snacks. All drinks are served at your table during lunch and dinner. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are available 24/7 at the open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with water and soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
