The holiday hotel is located directly on the turquoise Mediterranean Sea with a sloping sand/pebble beach and set against the paradisiacal backdrop of the Taurus Mountains with its towering pine forests. The center of Tekirova is approx. 1 km away, and the center of Kemer is approx. 17 km away. Public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

The hotel complex spans 100,000 m² and consists of 30 three- to four-story club buildings with a total of 551 rooms. In the beautifully landscaped garden with numerous pine trees providing shade, the heart of the complex is the spacious swimming pool landscape (one swimming pool is heated depending on weather conditions and at the discretion of the hotel management) with seven freshwater pools, a separate children's pool, and the aquapark with two water slides, as well as a splash park and the pool/snack bar. The rooms with garden view feature a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony or terrace. They are available with either one double bed or two single beds and offer modern comforts such as VRF air conditioning, travertine marble flooring, LCD TV, fiber-optic internet, a desk, and an electronic safe.
