Location

The comfortable resort for the highest demands is located directly on the beach, which is 800 m long in total (Long Beach with 400 m fine pebble beach, 30 m sandy beach for children, and the 200 m long Tangerine Beach and a private bay with pebble-sand beach) in the resort of Kiris. Shops can be found very close by, and the center of Kemer is about 6 km away. Public transport is available.

The exclusive resort of the Maxx Royal chain, with its well-known concept of luxury and comfort, offers a total of 291 suites distributed across the four-story main building with elevators, several residential buildings, a lagoon area, residence buildings, and villas, which are appealingly integrated into the park-like grounds. In the impressive reception hall, guests are warmly welcomed with special welcome cocktails and special drinks for children by their holiday assistant, professionally checked in, and accompanied to their rooms. Guests arriving early or departing late can stay in the Private Lounge (included), where they can enjoy their vacation until the last moment in private rooms with a seating area, a TV, a shower, and a safe, or relax upon early arrival. In the extensive garden, you will find a spacious pool landscape with a main pool and a separately heated outdoor children's pool, a lagoon pool, and private pools accessible to guests from the Beach Villa and Presidential Villa. The water park with various slides (only for ages 10 and up) and the extra children's animation pool is another highlight. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are included around the pools, in the water park, and on the beach with a beach bar.

Royal Family Suite approx. 185 m² including terrace (Summer 2025)

Located in the Royal Suite family blocks with garden view and offering similar amenities as the suites, they feature a living room, one bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, a dressing room, two bathrooms with shower/WC, and a spacious terrace with a whirlpool (2FS). Sea view bookable at an additional charge (2FM).

Maxx Lagoon Villa

These rooms offer approximately 150m² of space (including terrace) with direct access to the pool. One room is equipped with a double bed, while the other room has a sofa bed. There is also a dressing room and a whirlpool on the terrace (V2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in à la carte form in the themed restaurants on Restaurant Street. You can have other main meals and snacks in the à la carte restaurant with a children's menu and "Hip" baby food corner (international dishes). Fruit and drink service at the pool and beach. Homemade pralines made of Belgian chocolate at the chocolatier. Coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream are available at Le Melange Patisserie. Furthermore, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, some imported drinks, and luxury spirits are served at the respective open bars 24 hours a day. The minibar is replenished daily with water, still water, soft drinks, wine, beer, chocolate, chips, nuts, chocolate wafers, milk, and cocoa.

Sports Included

The "Maxxi Land" offers, both in location and in the variety of activities, superlative children's animation for children from 1 to 17 years old in different age groups with games, fun, and creative activities, a sleeping room, children's cinema, electronic games, VR games, children's restaurant, Hipp baby food and children's menu in the à la cartes, a separate children's pool in the outdoor pool or indoor pool, depending on the season.
