Located directly on the expansive pebble beach of Kiris. The town of Kemer is approx. 8 km away. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The modern holiday resort impresses with its interesting architecture in a beautiful setting. The hotel has a total of 685 rooms distributed across three building complexes: the main building, the "Arycanda" section, and the "Fame Garden" area. The main building features a modern lobby with reception, lifts, and seating areas; Wi-Fi is included here. The resort offers a buffet restaurant with a terrace, several à-la-carte restaurants (some subject to a reservation fee), two snack restaurants, a patisserie, conference rooms, a game center, and a shopping arcade (each for a fee), as well as various bars in the main building and a spacious indoor pool. In the extensive garden, surrounded by sun terraces, there are three freshwater swimming pools, one of which features six water slides. Sun loungers, sun awnings, and pool towels are included for our guests at the beach and pool.
The concept for the summer season ends on 31.10.
Winter:
- Two à-la-carte restaurants are open for a fee
- Sun loungers, cushions, and pool towels are available free of charge on the sun terrace
- Light daytime and evening entertainment is offered.
- Indoor pool heated and open
- Outdoor pool in the "Fame Garden" area is heated from 1.11 to 31.3
- Basketball available
- Beach volleyball is not offered
- No snack restaurant

Accommodation

Double room Type A

The tastefully furnished rooms are located in the annex buildings and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, by the hour, weather-dependent, operational from 15.6.-15.9. and 1.11.-21.3.), minibar, satellite TV, safe, and balcony facing the garden side (DA). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DEA).

Double room Type B

Otherwise the same facilities as the double rooms Type A, located in the annex building facing the pool or sea (DB). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DEB).

Double room Type C

Otherwise the same facilities, located in the main building and featuring a sea view (DC). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DEC).

Super saver room (Winter)

Are identical to the double rooms Type A facing the garden side (SSZ). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (SSE).

Family room

Same facilities as the double rooms, but with an additional bedroom (with extra shower/WC and no balcony) with a connecting door; located in the annex buildings and facing the garden side (DF2).

Comfort double room (Winter 26/27)

Comfort double rooms are family rooms for max. 2 persons occupancy (2CD)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late-riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea with pastries, and special hours with ice cream service. Optional dinner in an à-la-carte restaurant (upon prior reservation/included once per week). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bar. The minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, and water upon arrival and is refilled daily.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Dinner in additional à-la-carte restaurants (reservation fee), further imported drinks, as well as fresh fruit juices.

Two hard tennis courts during the day and squash with own equipment, table tennis, mini golf, darts, and a fitness center as well as basketball.
