Location

The hotel was opened to offer its guests the privilege of a "lifestyle resort" featuring a 550-meter-long sandy/pebble beach with two coves and beautiful nature. Access to the first cove is free of charge. The second cove is available from July to August (use and service are subject to a fee). Taxi and public minibus connections to both Kemer (approx. 5 km) and Antalya (approx. 45 km) are available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The impressive complex with first-class service offers over 480 rooms distributed between a main building, an annex, and a villa area. Various hotel facilities include an imposing reception area with a front desk and lobby, a relaxation area – a lounge for early arrivals or late departures, the elegant main restaurant with a terrace, a kids' restaurant, and various à la carte restaurants (one restaurant is open 24 hours and a burger restaurant is available at specific times free of charge; all others are subject to availability/prior reservation and a fee; they may not be available due to insufficient guest demand, unsuitable weather conditions, or similar operational reasons), a patisserie, as well as a wide selection of bars and two snack restaurants (food trucks in the outdoor area offering selected world-cuisine street food are included). Furthermore, there is a shopping center, a hairdresser, and the "Aliva" Spa Center, which offers relaxation and rejuvenation at the highest level (each subject to a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex and in the rooms. The well-maintained garden area features a space for evening events, a great kids' club, and an expansive pool landscape (all pools are heated depending on the weather and at the discretion of the hotelier) with various water slides (for guests aged 3 and up, and 12 and up or accompanied by parents), as well as an adult pool for ages 16 and up. The aquapark and similar facilities may be closed at certain times. Here, as well as on the beach, sun loungers, cushions, bath towels, and umbrellas are provided free of charge for our guests. Private beach pavilions can be rented for a fee.

Superior Room

You will stay in modern, comfortable rooms with a bathroom/WC and an extra shower, equipped with a hairdryer, amenity kit, slippers, bathrobe, children's bath set, a French bed or two single beds, IP TV, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally/individually adjustable VRV), electronic safe, hot beverage setup, minibar, Kütahya ceramic flooring, and a balcony with seating. These rooms are located in the Hillside building and offer forest views (DSU). Double room = single for sole occupancy with forest view (DSE). Sea view available at an extra charge (DMU). Double room = single for sole occupancy with partial sea view (EMU).

Deluxe Room

With the same amenities as the Superior rooms, these are slightly more spacious with an additional sofa. These rooms are located in the main building and offer forest views (DD2). Double room = single for sole occupancy (DD1). Rooms with a unique sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DDM). Double room = single for sole occupancy (DM1).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the Superior rooms, these rooms consist of two rooms (a double bed and two single beds) with a connecting door and a bathroom with a shower/WC. These are located in the Hillside building and offer forest views; with a French or standard balcony (DF2).

Superior Family Room

With the same amenities and size as the Family rooms, these rooms feature two bathrooms, a balcony with forest views, and are also located in the Hillside building (F2S). Unique sea view can be booked for an extra charge (2FA).

Deluxe Family Room

These rooms are located in the main building. They feature two IP TVs. Otherwise, they have the same amenities and size as the Superior Family rooms, with a balcony and forest views (2DF). A unique sea view can be booked for an extra charge (F2D).

Theme Deluxe Family Room

Located in the main building, these rooms feature special themed decoration and consist of two bedrooms (a double bed and a bunk bed), a sofa, 2 bathrooms/showers & WC, an interconnecting door, 2 IP TVs, minibar, music transmission from the TV, direct-dial telephone, VRF air conditioning, electronic safe, NG Kütahya ceramic flooring, hairdryer, amenity kit, slippers, bathrobes, hot beverage setup, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and a children's bath set, with a balcony and forest views (XFB).

Double Room Deluxe Type B

The Deluxe Room Child Friendly units are located in the main building and include a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, amenity kit, slippers, bathrobe, children's bath set, a French bed or 2 single beds, IP TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, hot beverage setup, minibar, ceramic flooring, and balcony seating with forest views (DDA). Can be booked with a unique sea view for an extra charge (DDB).

Breakfast buffet with various freshly squeezed fruit juices and beverage service at the table, late-riser breakfast, lunch and dinner from the rich buffet including a diet buffet. In the evenings, you can look forward to themed presentations as well as a baby corner with powdered and jarred baby food and various types of milk (soy, rice, and cow's milk). During the day, in addition to the snack restaurants, you can enjoy ice cream, pastries, and sweets available at the patisserie, as well as a midnight snack.
Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported beverages, such as Red Bull, are included around the clock at the open bars. Your minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks, beer, white wine, water, and snacks.

Children's program

"Happy parents, happy kids" – true to this motto, the professionally run kids' club offers activities for children aged 1-3 under parental supervision, hourly care for 4-12 year-olds, babysitting services for babies from 1 year old on request and for a fee, a teenager club for 13-17 year-olds during high season, and a mini-club house with air-conditioned (individually adjustable) rooms as well as a sleeping room for babies. High chairs in the restaurant as well as a microwave, bottle warmer, bottle sterilizer, and immersion blender are provided. Changing, care, and nursing areas, kids' shows, mini-disco, cinema, outdoor games, game center with PlayStation and Xbox, strollers and baby monitors (on request), a ceramics workshop, and various other activities that every child's heart desires.
