Location

The hotel, newly opened in Summer 2025, is located in Kadriye. The private beach is approx. 2 km away with a regular shuttle service available. The center of Belek is approx. 4 km away, and Antalya Airport is approx. 27 km away. Taxis and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

The newly opened resort is built on an area of approx. 20,000 m² and has 225 rooms spread across one building with 7 floors and another building with 4 floors. Amenities include a lobby with a reception and cozy seating areas, and a lobby bar. For culinary delights, there is a main restaurant with a terrace area and two A la Carte restaurants (included several times per stay, subject to availability and reservation), various bars, a food court, and a beach restaurant. An indoor pool (heated depending on the season and weather), a well-equipped spa area, various shops, and a hairdresser (each at a charge). Wi-Fi is included throughout the resort and in the rooms. The outdoor area features a Mega Splash Aqua Park with 14 water slides, a Maldives Pool (with white sand on 468 m²), an outdoor pool in Block A and another in Block B, a shallow swimming pool, and a children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the hotel and on the beach.

Deluxe Double Room

The rooms are approx. 23 m² and consist of a double bed and a sofa bed (90 cm x 190 cm), shower/WC, toiletries, minibar, coffee/tea setup, air conditioning (centrally controlled from the room), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, make-up mirror, wood-look ceramic flooring, and a balcony with a land view (DLB). Rooms with a pool view can be booked for an additional charge (DPE). Double room for single use (DLE/DPE).

Deluxe Family Room

With similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, these rooms (approx. 47 m²) have two rooms with a connecting door, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (no sofa bed), and two balconies (2DF).
(Also bookable under AYTD31 as Deluxe Family Room Swim Up (2FC) with access to the communal pool).

Deluxe Superior Double Room

These rooms have similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, but are significantly more spacious (approx. 41 m²) and feature a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa (UD2).

AYTD31: Deluxe Double Room Type A

Deluxe Double Rooms Type A (approx. 26m²) offer a special luxury with a jacuzzi on the balcony (DDA).

AYTD31: Deluxe Double Room Type B

Deluxe Double Rooms Type B (approx. 29m²) have direct access to the pool and a terrace with two sun loungers (DDB).

AYTD31: Deluxe Single Room

These rooms are smaller (1DD) than the Deluxe Double Rooms but have otherwise the same amenities.

Deluxe Connection Family Room

These rooms (approx. 49 m²) have similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms and consist of two rooms connected by a door: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds (an extra bed is available), and two balconies (XFB).

Deluxe Family Room Swim-up

These rooms (approx. 49 m²) have similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms and consist of two rooms connected by a door: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds (an extra bed is available), and two pool access doors (FSU).

AYTD31: Deluxe Double Room Type C

Deluxe Double Rooms Type C have similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, but also offer a private pool with a depth of 30cm (DDC).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served as a rich open buffet, various snacks throughout the day, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks around the clock at the respective bars.
