The luxury hotel offers 544 rooms spread across an impressive eight-story main building (elevators available), several villas, and lagoon rooms set within a spacious garden area of approximately 170,000 m². The elegant lobby with a reception and lobby lounge warmly welcomes all guests. Culinary options include a fantastic main restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (subject to reservation/availability and for a service fee), the Bistro A-la-Carte which is open around the clock, as well as various à-la-carte snacks (for lunch only and included). In addition, there are bars, snack stations, ice cream on the beach, and a patisserie. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. The shopping arcade with various shops and the hair salon are available for a fee. The well-maintained, expansive gardens feature the main pool with a separate children's pool, a 3000 m² aquapark with a pool and 13 water slides, as well as additional pools and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool. Guests in the villas also have access to their own private pool. An elevator for guests with disabilities is available at the beach pool and indoor pool. Sun terraces, pool bars, and snack bars complete the outdoor offerings. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols/sunshades, and beach towels are provided free of charge around the pools and at the beach with its beach/snack bar.
Winter
- The pools of the swim-up rooms in the main building are heated during the winter season.

Superior Double Room Golf View

The comfortable rooms in the main building are furnished in appealing colors and offer a shower/WC including "Bvlgari" brand toiletries, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobe and slippers, scale, direct-dial telephone, double bed or two single beds, sofa, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (centralized), safe, electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee/tea setup, minibar, turndown service, pillow menu, ceramic flooring, balcony, and views of the golf course (2DG). Double room = Single room for sole use (1DG). Sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DMU). Double room = Single room (EMU).

Superior Double Room Swim Up

Also located in the main building, these rooms offer similar amenities to the Superior Golf rooms, plus a Nespresso set-up, pool view, terrace with sun loungers, and direct access to the shared pool (heated seasonally) (DWP). Double room = Single room for sole use (EWP).

These spacious rooms are located in the main building and offer, in addition to amenities similar to the Superior Golf rooms, a separate living room without a connecting door, two showers/WC, and a sofa with views of the golf course (2FA). Sea view or partial sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DF2).

Superior Double Room

These spacious rooms are located in the main building on the lobby floor in a maisonette style and feature similar equipment elements to the Superior Swim-Up rooms, also providing access to the shared pool (heated seasonally) (SWB).

Lagoon Golf Swim Up

With amenities similar to the Superior Swim-Ups, these rooms are located in the lagoon area with views of the golf course. You will be welcomed to your room with flowers and a fruit plate. In addition, you have access to VIP check-in including shuttle service to your room and a turndown service. Optionally, for stays of 7 nights or more, you can dine once free of charge in one of the Pascarella Italian à-la-carte restaurants, subject to reservation and availability. An iron/ironing board can be provided in the room upon request. Furthermore, a restaurant in the lagoon area is available exclusively for lagoon guests for breakfast and lunch (GLP). Beach proximity can be booked at an additional cost (2DA).

The comprehensive Ultra All Inclusive concept leaves little to be desired, including breakfast, late-riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner from varied buffets or à la carte. During the day, snack variations are available at various stations, as well as the patisserie, ice cream on the beach, and the 24/7 à-la-carte restaurant, which is open for you around the clock. Various high-quality local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as well-known imported drinks, are served 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with beer, wine, soft drinks, water, and small sweets, and is replenished daily as needed.
