The luxury hotel is located directly on its own 250m long sandy beach with a private pier. The center of Belek is about 2 km away, while Antalya Airport is about 35 km away. Public minibus connections are available near the hotel complex, and taxis can be ordered at the reception.

The luxurious resort has a total of 611 rooms, consisting of a main building and additional buildings, nestled in a beautiful garden. Guests are warmly welcomed in the spacious lobby with reception, with an elegant lounge area directly adjacent. Elevators are available in the main building. The hotel offers a main restaurant as well as several à la carte restaurants, which are open seasonally and subject to availability. Age restrictions may apply in some cases. Various bars with different beverage options, Biscotti Café, and other snack and refreshment areas complement the culinary offerings. Various à la carte restaurants open in summer depending on the number of participants; some restaurants are for guests aged 12 and over. All restaurants are closed one day a week (with reservation from age 7 for a service fee). The resort also features a modern spa & wellness center with an indoor pool (closed from 31.7.26 to 11.8.26 due to optimization work) (heated in winter, weather permitting), conference and event rooms, and a shopping arcade with various shops (each for a fee). A hairdresser and other services are partially available for a fee. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and in public areas. In the spacious outdoor area, there are extensive sun terraces as well as a large freshwater pool landscape (one outdoor pool is heated from November 1 to May 31) with a separate children's pool and water slides (seasonal). Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the hotel's own beach.
During the winter season, guests have access to both heated indoor and heated outdoor pools (weather permitting).
Heated outdoor pool (winter season). The heated outdoor pool is available to guests from November 1 to May 31.
Winter:
- The pier is not in operation during the winter season.
- The aquapark is not in operation.
- Use of the outdoor pool is dependent on weather and operations.
- The pool is temporarily closed from December 1 to 20, 2026, due to maintenance work.
- Various à la carte restaurants are available depending on the concept, occupancy, and opening days. A prior reservation is required for à la carte restaurants; a service fee applies for children aged 7 and older.

Double Room

The comfortably and modernly furnished rooms range in size from approx. 42–50 m² and are equipped with carpeted floors. Standard features include a bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, LCD TV, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, direct-dial telephone, central air conditioning (weather-dependent), safe, as well as Wi-Fi and wired internet access. All rooms have a balcony or terrace. Daily cleaning service and turndown service are standard. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed in their room with a fruit plate. Garden side (D). Side sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) are available for an extra charge. DR=SR for single use (DE/DES/DEM). Upon arrival, you will be welcomed in the room with a fruit plate.

Family Room

The spacious family rooms are ideal for families and offer a comfortable layout with two bedrooms and a connecting door. The rooms range in size from approx. 70–80 m² and are equipped with carpeted floors. Standard features include two bathrooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, LCD TV, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, direct-dial telephone, central air conditioning (weather-dependent), safe, as well as Wi-Fi and wired internet access. All family rooms offer a terrace, daily cleaning service, and turndown service. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed in their room with a fruit plate. The Garden Family Rooms (DF2) offer a garden view and have a terrace. This room category is ideal for guests who prefer a quiet location within the garden area.

Family Room Pool View (Lake Family Room)

The Lake Family Rooms are equipped like the family rooms and additionally feature a second bathroom, pool view, and direct access to a shared pool via the terrace. The swimming pools are shared with adjacent rooms and offer a comfortable and exclusive holiday experience (FP2). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased risk potential for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Executive Double Room (Summer 2026)

The comfortably and modernly furnished rooms range in size from approx. 42–50 m² and are equipped with carpeted floors. Standard features include a bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, LCD TV, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, direct-dial telephone, central air conditioning (weather-dependent), safe, as well as Wi-Fi and wired internet access. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace with sea view. Daily cleaning service and turndown service are standard. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed in their room with a fruit plate (EXM). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the form of rich buffets in the main restaurant. Freshly squeezed orange juice is included with main meals. Additionally, a late-riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks during the day, coffee, tea, and pastries are available. The Bubble 7/24 restaurant is open around the clock and offers an à la carte snack menu for guests who wish to dine outside regular meal times. Various bars, each with different concepts, are available to guests. A selection of bars is open 24 hours. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as selected imported brand beverages are served according to the bar and opening concept. The minibar is refilled daily with beer, soft drinks, and water, tea/coffee setup, as well as selected snacks.

Selected premium and ultra-premium spirits, energy drinks; all à la carte restaurants require a reservation and are available for a service charge (with age restrictions).

Sports included

Athletically active guests benefit from a diverse range of free sports and exercise opportunities within the hotel concept. These include tennis facilities with a hard court, an artificial turf court (use within the framework of the concept, subject to availability), fitness room, table tennis, aerobics, Pilates, and yoga. For families, the resort offers one of the largest children's and youth clubs in the region, the Cornie Kids World. The spacious indoor and outdoor area is aimed at children and teenagers aged 0 to 17 and offers age-appropriate programs as well as supervised activities in separate areas.
0–3 years: Use of the areas accompanied by parents.
4–8 years: Supervised activities, games, creative workshops.
9–17 years: Sports, creative activities, air hockey, dart tournaments, table football, billiards, and Playstation.
A children's buffet is available at specific times in the main restaurant (subject to a sufficient number of children).

Wellness

The spacious Crassula Spa & Wellness Center is a place of peace and regeneration, spanning an area of approx. 5,000 m² across two floors with three different spa areas. The spa combines modern treatments with traditional healing methods, offering a holistic wellness experience for body and mind. The Spa Relax area is available to guests within the framework of the hotel concept and offers numerous facilities for relaxation and recreation. These include a spacious indoor pool, a separate children's pool, various saunas (including aromatherapy, relax, and traditional Russian sauna), steam bath, tropical Jacuzzi, adventure and reflex zones, aroma and chromotherapy showers, relaxation areas, a Vitamin Bar, and a traditional Turkish Hamam. In the Spa Luxury area, exclusive massages and treatments are offered, which can be booked for a fee. The area includes a variety of specialized treatment rooms, including Ayurveda, hydrotherapy, and stone therapy suites, meditation rooms, couple suites, skin treatment suites, as well as Bali huts located in a water area with a pool and waterfall. The treatments combine Far Eastern traditions with modern wellness techniques. Available with its own Turkish Hamam, sauna, and private pool. Usage is subject to a fee and can be booked for a minimum duration of 3 hours (maximum 6 hours). Additionally, there is a spa shop in the wellness area, where selected spa and aromatherapy products are available.
