You can reach the small town of Belek after approx. 1 km and the provincial capital Antalya after approx. 45 km. Taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The luxury resort guarantees the best conditions for a dream holiday. A total of 531 suites and villas are distributed between the main building with eight floors, the terrace house attached to the main building with its own pool area, and the exclusive villas, located near the golf course. In the imposing lobby, you will be warmly welcomed with a Maxx signature cocktail and caviar, checked in with the personal Maxx Assistant service, and escorted to your room. Private lounge for early arrivals/late departures with seating area, lockers, and shower. The special atmosphere of this exceptional resort is also reflected in the many amenities, which include, among others, the main restaurant with terrace (weather permitting), various à-la-carte restaurants (some with prior reservation and service fee; one à-la-carte is open 24/7 without reservation and free of charge), several bars with various beverage offerings and premium brand drinks, and the GameIn gaming center with bowling, billiards, laser tag, exclusive shops (for a fee), a cinema, the modern indoor pool with separate children's pool, and the professional Maxx Wellbeing Spa area. Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the hotel area. In the beautifully landscaped gardens, you will find, in addition to the spacious pool landscape with seawater pool, the pool, terrace pool, Maldives pool, main pool, and another pool exclusively for adults, the aquapark with various freshwater pools, separate children's pool, and children's animation pool, various water slides, and separate water slides for children. Inviting sun terraces, various snack offerings, and the pool and beach bar for that perfect holiday feeling. Suite

The spacious suites are located in the main building, are extremely comfortably equipped, and offer you a bathroom with shower and whirlpool, WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers (also for children aged 1–12), air conditioning (central), turn-down service, Maxx Assistant service, pillow menu, walk-in closet, sofa, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, Nespresso capsule machine and kettle for coffee/tea preparation, minibar, safe, vinyl flooring, and balcony with land view (S2). Sea view bookable for an extra charge (S2M). Double room = single room for single occupancy (S1/S1M).

Terrace Lagoon Family Suite

Located on the ground floor of the terrace house, which is connected to the main building by a corridor, these offer similar amenities to the suites, feature two bedrooms, walk-in closet, two WCs, and two bathrooms, one with shower/WC and one with jet shower panel. With direct access from the terrace to the pool area of the Terrace Lagoon Family Suites (TFL). Rooms with direct pool access pose an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Royal Suite

These suites are located in the main building. With otherwise the same equipment as the suites, they offer you a bathroom with shower/WC, a walk-in closet, and a whirlpool in the living area, as well as a balcony with sea view. Room service included (R2/from Summer 27: RS). Double room = single room for single occupancy (R1S).

Terrace Family Suite

These are located in the terrace house above the Terrace Family Suites with their own pool area and have land and pool views. With otherwise similar amenities to the suites, the family suite has two bedrooms (with connecting door, one with double bed and one with twin sofa bed), two shower/WCs, and two balconies (one with whirlpool). These rooms are connected to the main building by a corridor (2FT).

Family Suite

This room type is located back in the main building, pampers you with the comfortable basic amenities of the suites, and consists of two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds), a walk-in closet, one bathroom with shower/WC, another bathroom with jet shower panel/WC, and two balconies (2FS). Bookable with sea view for an extra charge (2FM).

Roof Family Suite

Located on the upper floors of the main building, with amenities similar to the family suite, they feature two bathrooms with shower/WC, a sofa, and two balconies, each with a whirlpool and land view (RFS). Also bookable with sea view (RMF).

Lagoon Duplex Suite

Located in the main building with a view of the lagoon pool, these are generously laid out. This suite offers two bedrooms on two floors, two WCs, one bathroom with shower, and one with a whirlpool. Maxxibar (upgraded minibar), living room with sofa and a walk-in closet, as well as a terrace with pool access. Room service is included here (DL2). Rooms with direct pool access pose an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided via rich buffets in the main restaurant with diet corner and children's buffet; in summer, various snack variants in the outdoor area during the day as well as fruit service, ice cream, and sandwiches at the pool and beach; some à-la-carte restaurants (some for a fee). Coffee/tea and exquisite pastry selection in the patisserie, homemade chocolates from Belgian chocolate in the Chocolatier, and Mövenpick homemade ice cream. In the patisserie/café, you receive drinks and international quality pastry products à la carte; homemade ice cream is served separately. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some selected imported luxury spirits are included for you 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with water, soft drinks, beer, wine, and various snacks.

Dinoland furthermore, the “Maxxi Land“ offers fun and games for children from 1–12 years and teenagers 13–17 years (summer only) in different age groups, both in terms of location and the range of various activities with superlative children's animation. In the Maxxiland children's restaurant (summer only), Hipp baby food, children's buffet, and high chairs in the main restaurant, children's menu in the à-la-carte restaurants. Baby care in Maxxi Land for children from 1–3 years included (with reservation), (private baby care for a fee), bathrobe for children, children's slippers, baby shampoo, and milk as well as chocolate milk in the minibar are provided free of charge for children up to 12 years in the suites.
