Location

The extensive complex is located directly on the long sandy beach in Belek and two 18-hole professional golf courses (from Sueno Golf Belek). The nearest town of Belek is about 5 km away, Antalya 40 km. Both can be reached by public minibus connections and taxis.

The holiday resort consists of a seven-story, U-shaped main building (elevators available) with a total of 426 rooms. Facilities include the tastefully designed reception area with a lobby, comfortable seating areas and lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), various à la carte restaurants and bars, several conference rooms, a cinema and a games room. A hairdresser, various shops, an internet café and games land (each for a fee), a well-equipped wellness and spa center, and the modern indoor pool (heated seasonally) with a separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The generously landscaped gardens feature an amphitheater, a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, sun terraces, an aquapark with 10 water slides for adults and 8 water slides for children (at certain hours), and a pool/snackbar. Here, as well as by the pool with a pool bar and on the beach with a beach bar/snackbar, sunshades, and a jetty (May 15th - Oct 15th), loungers, sunshades, and beach towels are included for our guests.

Accommodation

Deluxe Double Room

The tastefully and modernly furnished rooms have a shower/toilet, bathrobe, hairdryer, slippers, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (weather-dependent/hourly operation), minibar, tea/coffee setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi (included), safe, sofa bed for the third person, pillow menu, laminate flooring, and a balcony or terrace (DD2). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DDM). Double rooms = Single rooms in Winter 25/26 for single use (DD1/DM1).

Double Room with Pool Access

These rooms are identical to the Deluxe rooms and additionally feature a small private freshwater swimming pool (unheated) and sea view. For safety reasons, children under 6 years old cannot book this room type with schauinsland-reisen (PZ2). Double rooms = Single rooms in Winter 25/26 for single use (PZ1).

Suite

While having the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms, these suites feature a bathtub and shower/toilet, as well as a separate living/sleeping area (S2). Sea view is available at an additional charge (S2M).

Swim Up Suite

These suites are identical to the standard suites and feature a bathtub and shower/toilet, a private freshwater swimming pool (unheated), and sea view. For safety reasons, children under six years of age are not permitted in these rooms with schauinsland-reisen (2SU).

Super Saver Room

Located in the main building, these rooms are approximately 30-35 m² and feature a double bed or two single beds, sleeping accommodation for a third person (up to 10 years), bath or shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, safe, minibar, laminate flooring, air conditioning (central, hourly), flat-screen satellite TV, and a balcony. One suite room is divided into two bedrooms for one Super Saver Room. Two Super Saver Rooms are connected by a separate entrance (SSZ). Double rooms = Single use (SSE).

Superior Double Room Sea View

These rooms are identical to the suites and feature a bathtub and shower/toilet, whirlpool, and sea view (DMU).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Buffet breakfast (fresh orange juice), lunch, and dinner, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea with pastries, and midnight snacks from 00:30 to 7:00 AM. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as imported drinks, are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The vitamin bar is open from 10 AM to 9 PM. The minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, fruit juice concentrate, beer, wine (18.75 cl), chips, nuts, and chocolate.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Service charge for à la carte restaurants and special cocktails.

Sports Included

Two quartz sand tennis courts during the day, table tennis, mountain bike tours, fitness center, basketball, bocce, darts, archery, water aerobics and aerobics, group golf lessons (30 min per week), beach volleyball, water polo, air rifle shooting, step aerobics, and stretching.

Sports for a Fee

Billiards, bowling, rental of tennis rackets and balls, private lessons for tennis and golf, two football fields.

Children's Program

Hourly kids' club for children aged 4-12 and baby pool at the kids' club, children's aquapark with 8 children's and 5 baby water slides, and a playground on the beach. 4500m² games land with amusement park, children's cinema, nap room, and a small library. Strollers and baby monitors are available (subject to availability, for a fee). Between June and September, the kids' club is open 24 hours for children aged 4 and above. Additionally, during peak summer, there is an hourly teen club for ages 13-15.
