The main building houses 299 spacious suites, while the Amber Lagoon area offers an additional 59 suites and villas in a quiet garden and pool setting. A tailored hotel offering is available during the winter season. The heated Crystal Cove outdoor pool and the Wellbeing indoor pool offer opportunities for swimming and relaxation even in the cooler season. Pool heating and the opening of individual pools depend on weather conditions, occupancy, and operational requirements. The beach facilities are officially in operation from May 1 to October 31. In winter, selected live music performances and various indoor and family offerings provide entertainment.

The luxurious suites are located in the main building and are approx. 110 m² in size. They feature a bedroom with a super-king-size bed or two single beds, as well as a living area separated by steps with a seating and dining area. The balcony or terrace offers a sea view. Facilities include a separate dressing area, 65" smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access, media hub, daily replenished minibar, and Nespresso coffee machine. The high-quality travertine bathroom features an enclosed rain shower, separate bathtub, separate WC, and double sinks. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults + 2 children + 1 baby (S2M/S3M). The approx. 125 m² Family Suites are located in the main building and offer land views. They feature two separate bedrooms, one with a super-king-size bed and one with two single beds. A high-quality travertine bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub as well as an additional bathroom with shower and WC offer extra comfort for families. As part of the Luxury All Inclusive concept, guests can expect a varied gastronomic offering. International dishes from an open buffet are offered in the Daphne restaurant, while the Daphne Kids Restaurant is specifically geared towards families and children. Further culinary options are provided by Nuage with international cuisine for guests aged 18 and over, Yàn Jí with pan-Asian cuisine, Eva with Slavic cuisine, El Tapeo with Spanish tapas, Lotus with health-oriented cuisine, and Chubby's Diner with American-style dishes. The offering also includes Paola Bakery & Patisserie, Tartine with French baked goods and patisserie specialties, and Efendi with Turkish snacks. The Crown Lobby Bar is open 24 hours a day. Other bars and lounges include the El Tapeo Bar, Agora Bar, Nox Lounge (for 16+), Luna Bar, Chubby's Bar, and Vitamin Bar. A reservation is required for dinner at some restaurants.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

The 24-hour in-room dining service, selected wines and spirits, and various additional wellness, beauty, and personal services are available for a fee. The Ash Cigar Lounge with premium cigars and selected spirits is also available for a fee.

Sports included

The included sports and activity program features the Taurus Fitness Club for guests aged 18 and over, swimming, and mini-football. Additionally, daily indoor fitness programs with a focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and general conditioning, as well as various group activities, are offered. Active guests can also use the approx. 4.6 km long walking path around the Carya Golf Course. The modern Taurus Fitness Club features cardio, free-weight, and strength-training machine areas as well as a separate performance area.

Sports for a fee

The sports facilities of the Regnum Sports Club are available for a fee. Available are two red clay tennis courts, four hard courts, and one artificial grass tennis court, as well as four double and one single padel court and a pickleball court. Court and pitch lighting is also offered for a fee. Private training sessions for football, tennis, padel, and swimming, as well as personal training, are bookable. Golf opportunities are offered by the Carya Golf Club and National Golf Club with a complimentary shuttle service. Private golf lessons with PGA-qualified coaches as well as TrackMan swing analyses are offered for a fee.

Children aged 0 to 3.99 years can use the facilities and activities when accompanied by their parents or their own babysitter. The offering includes a baby and toddler room, sleeping rooms, preschool area, atelier and workshop room, technology and cinema room, parent-child hobby room, Lego playroom, music and dance room, children's kitchen, Princess Spa, baby and care area, indoor playground, as well as daily changing tournaments, themed parties, and mini-disco.
