These are located in the villas with their own pool area and are otherwise identical to the Family suites Type A (B2F). Direct pool access (with a depth of 140 cm) via the terrace (bookable for children aged 6 and older) is available at an extra charge (2PF). Rooms with direct pool access represent an increased safety risk for toddlers.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

Situated on a 360 m² plot, these villas offer two bedrooms, a living room, a staff room, an open-plan kitchen, a large terrace, and a private pool with its own sun terrace. The villas are equipped with a refrigerator, safe, direct-dial telephone, well-stocked minibar, and a tea/coffee setup. The bedroom and living room feature LED satellite TV, a large bathroom/WC, air conditioning (individually controlled), and parquet flooring (PSZ/PS2).

These can be booked for guests aged 18 and over, are located near the Olympic pool, and are approx. 52 m² in size. They consist of one room with a French bed and have a balcony and terrace with access to the main pool. These rooms are equipped with a bathtub, Nespresso machine, minibar, tea/coffee setup, satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi, telephone, air conditioning (central), safe, shower/WC, hairdryer, and mirror (B2Q). Bali House rooms are located next to the saltwater pools; these rooms also have a special area in the spa center. Sleeping/living room separated by a separate room divider. These rooms are equipped with a minibar, tea/coffee setup, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, direct-dial telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning, a double bed, safe, and shower/WC (DG).

With the same facilities as the Bali House Garden rooms, these have access to the outdoor pool, which is heated in winter (SWD).

The Family Suite Garden is located on the 3rd floor of a three-story building within the villa complex, which consists of 7 blocks in total. It offers a spacious and comfortable living area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The facilities include one French bed and 2 single beds. Further equipment includes a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, LED satellite TV, Wi-Fi, direct-dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC, vanity mirror, and hairdryer (FSG).

The Duplex Lagoon Suites feature a private garden area, two bedrooms, a living room, an open-plan kitchen, and a spacious terrace with a private outdoor pool and exclusive sunbathing areas. Facilities include a refrigerator, safe, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, and tea/coffee making facilities. There is an LED TV in both the bedroom and the living area.
