Location

The modern comfort hotel is located in the Belek holiday region, surrounded by pine forests. The expansive pebble/sand beach (approx. 415 m long), situated in the first beach row with its own hotel beach section, can be reached via a bridge over the small Acisu River, which flows into the sea not far from the hotel. It is approx. 6 km to the small town of Belek with its shopping facilities, and about 40 km to the international airport in Antalya.

Summer:
The comfortable holiday resort consists of a four-story main building (four panoramic lifts available) and 12 villa-style bungalow buildings with a total of 421 rooms. Various amenities include the elegant reception hall with reception desk, cozy seating areas and lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with a terrace area, various à la carte restaurants each requiring reservation (some for a fee), large-screen satellite TV, various bars, and, each for a fee, several conference rooms, a business center, two stylishly designed shopping arcades with several shops and a mini-market, a hair salon, and the luxurious 3,500 m² "Shang Du" spa (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms. In the well-maintained garden area, there are sun terraces and an antique-style pool with three water slides, plus additional water slides in the children's world, each with age restrictions. Sun loungers, cushions, and bath towels are included here as well as on the beach. At the beach, guests can enjoy a spacious bathing pier with its own bar and an adults-only area.
Winter:
- Indoor pool with separate children's pool (heated depending on the season)
- The open part of the indoor pool in the spa area is heated in winter depending on weather conditions
- One activity pool is open
- Multilingual "Fancyland" mini-club is not available in the winter season, but there is a small playroom and playground for children
- In the winter season, a small playroom and an outdoor playground are available for children aged 4-12
- Soft animation during the day; no entertainment program in the evenings, only occasional live music
- Two à la carte restaurants are available for a fee with prior reservation

Accommodation

Double room

The rooms in the main building are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, electric kettle with coffee/tea setup, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, pillow menu, carpeted floor, and balcony with garden view (D). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). DR=SR for single use (DE/DEM).

Junior suite

With otherwise the same equipment features as the double rooms, they feature a living room with a seating area/sofa, a separate bedroom with a connecting door, and a balcony with loungers (JS2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (JSM).

Family room Type A

Located in the bungalow buildings and, with similar amenities to the double rooms, consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, one bath/WC, and parquet flooring (2FA/Wi'26/27 DF2).

Family room Type B

With the same location and equipment as the family rooms Type A, they offer two bathrooms. (2FB).

Bungalow room (Summer)

Equipped the same as the double rooms with parquet flooring, located in the bungalow buildings (BZ2). DR=SR for single use (BZ1).

Once a week barbecue party in the high season (17.5.–25.9.). Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic local and some imported drinks are included around the clock. Two quartz tennis courts, during the day and in the evening with floodlights, racket and ball rental, mini-football, archery, air rifle, basketball, water aerobics, aerobics, stretching, table tennis, darts, fitness center with fitness trainer, as well as fishing, yoga, minigolf, driving range, and 18-hole putting green.

Sports for a fee

Tennis lessons, bowling (from 10 years old) on a total of 4 lanes, and billiards (from 16 years old).

Children's program

The multilingual "Fancyland" mini-club offers 5,500 m² for children aged 0–16 (up to 4 years old accompanied by parents) with daily animation, baby sleep and playroom, separate children's pools with six water slides, children's buffet in the main restaurant, adventure park, mini luna park, climbing wall, cinema room, a hangout area for teenagers at the beach, and a children's playground as well as children's buffets.
