Location

The spacious hotel is situated in the middle of an ancient pine grove and is located directly on a vast sand/grass beach. The town of Belek can be reached after approx. 2 km and the provincial capital Antalya after approx. 45 km. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
This holiday resort, popular with many regular guests, features a total of 596 rooms distributed across the seven-story main building, two annex buildings with five and six floors respectively, as well as two-story bungalows and Lagoon Duplex Swim-Up rooms. A personal holiday assistant service and turn-down service are provided for all room types. The many amenities include an elegant lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, lifts in the main and annex buildings, two buffet restaurants with terraces (one of which is for guests aged 16 and over for breakfast and dinner), various à-la-carte restaurants (for a fee with advance reservation), an à-la-carte restaurant (open 24 hours and included without reservation), several bars, a patisserie, a "Let's Play" game room, a well-equipped wellness area with a vitamin bar, and a modern indoor pool with a separate children's pool. An exclusive shopping arcade, a hairdresser, and several conference rooms are each available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms. A "Comfort Zone" with lockers, showers, and a relaxation area is available for guests checking in from 7 am and departing between 12 pm and 6 pm. In the landscaped garden, you will find a small amusement park (children under three years only under parental supervision), an amphitheater for evening events, the beautifully landscaped swimming pool area with a separate children's pool, kids' aquapark, garden pool, a pool exclusively for adults, and a pool with six water slides (open at certain times), a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, pads, sun umbrellas, and pool towels are included here and at the beach (with beach bar, pier bar, and two swimming piers, one exclusively for adults).
Winter:
- Three à-la-carte restaurants are open with prior reservation and for a fee
- Amusement park, swimming pier, water slides, and water sports activities are not available
- No evening events in the amphitheater and no open-air disco
- The adult pool is heated depending on weather conditions and is available to all guests (including children) until the end of March
- Beach volleyball depending on weather conditions

Accommodation

Double Room Type B

These modern-designed rooms are located in Annex Building B, near the reception, and offer a double bed or two single beds, a separate bathroom with shower and separate WC, branded cosmetic products, vanity mirror, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, walk-in closet, sofa, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (VRF), minibar, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle with coffee/tea setup, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with land view (DB). Double room for single occupancy (DEB).

Bungalow Room

Situated in the bungalows, these feature similar amenities to the Double Room Type B, including a sofa, kettle with coffee/tea setup, separate shower/WC, walk-in closet, laminate flooring, and a balcony with garden view (BZ2). Double room for single occupancy (BZ1).

Double Room Type A

Located in Annex Building A on the land side, near the garden pool. They offer similar amenities to Double Room Type B, with a double bed or two single beds and shower/WC (DA). Double room for single occupancy (DEA).

Double Room

Located in the main building with the same amenities as the Double Room Type B, featuring a double bed or two single beds, partial sea view, and a sofa (DMS). Double room for single occupancy (DES).

Family Room Type A

With the same amenities and location as the Double Room Type A, these consist of two separate rooms, two separate showers, and one separate WC. One bedroom with a double bed and the other with two sofa beds, air conditioning (individually controlled), walk-in closet, and land view (2FA).

Family Room

Located in the main building, these offer the same amenities as the Double Room and feature two rooms with a connecting door (one with a double bed, one with two sofa beds), air conditioning (individually controlled), walk-in closet, two separate showers, and one separate WC. These rooms have partial sea view (FS2).

Family Room Type B

With the same amenities and location as the Double Room Type B, these consist of two separate rooms (one with a double bed, one with two sofa beds), air conditioning (individually controlled), walk-in closet, two separate showers, and two separate WCs. They have land view (2FB).

Deluxe Room

These modern rooms are located in the main building on the top floor with partial sea view. In addition to the amenities of Double Room Type B, they offer a separate shower and WC, walk-in closet, vanity chair and mirror, VRF air conditioning, and a terrace with a whirlpool, two sun loungers, a swing for one person, table, and two chairs (weather permitting). On the day of arrival, you will be escorted to your room by a Voyage Assistant (the guest's personal holiday assistant), welcomed with a chocolate plate and a bottle of wine. In the minibar, you will find additional alcoholic drinks in small bottles, waffles, chips, peanuts, and soft drinks. Fresh towels are provided in the room; breakfast can be served in-room upon request between 8 am and 11 am. You also receive a daily fruit plate, coffee/tea setup, pastry service, and turn-down service (DDS).

Lagoon Duplex Swim Up

These modern Swim Up units are located near the reception in the lagoon area. They offer plenty of space and comfort on two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a living/sleeping area with two sofa beds, separate shower and WC, and direct access to the pool (not heated) via the terrace. The upper level features the bedroom with a separate shower and WC, walk-in closet, air conditioning (central), and a balcony. In addition to the facilities and services of the Deluxe rooms, you will be greeted and escorted to your room by the Voyage Assistant, receive a bottle of wine and a bouquet of flowers upon arrival, turn-down service, coffee/tea setup, daily pastry service, and breakfast service in-room once per stay (8 am-11 am). Exclusively in summer, you receive drink service between 10 am and 6 pm and a small snack service with little treats on your terrace between 12:30 pm and 4 pm (LV2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with fresh fruit or vegetable juice, lunch and dinner from rich buffets, an additional adult restaurant (16+) for breakfast and dinner, a children's buffet in the family restaurant, various snack stations during the day, fruit service at the beach in summer, patisserie with various pastries and cakes as well as ice cream. The 24-hour "Cuisine 24" with à-la-carte menu without reservation is included. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, some imported drinks, energy drinks, and local sparkling wine are available at the open bars. Freshly squeezed fruit juices (three types depending on the season in the main restaurant and vitamin bar) are included. The minibar is refilled daily with beer, soft drinks, milk, cocoa, water, chocolate waffles, peanuts, and chips.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

All à-la-carte restaurants, further imported drinks, bottled wines, and sparkling wine.

Sports included

Fitness center (16+), darts, tennis during the day on two hard courts, rental of tennis equipment, mini golf, table tennis, badminton and football, beach volleyball, bocce, bowling (in the Let's Play game room), as well as archery and air rifle shooting.

Sports for a fee

Golf: Transfer to Montgomerie Maxx Royal Golf Course, green fees for a fee. The golf course is unavailable and closed at the end of September/early October. Alternatives can be requested locally at the hotel.

Children's program

During the day, Tugi Kids World for children aged 3-12 in different age groups with many activities; in high season (15.6.-15.9.) also a teen club for ages 13-15, children's playground near the beach, children's buffets, high chairs in the restaurant (subject to availability). Baby food in 125 g jars and swim diapers are included.
