Itinerary: "Aegean from Antalya"
Embarkation in the port of Antalya takes place on Fridays, with AIDAstella setting sail around 11 PM.
Day 1: DAY AT SEA – On the way from Antalya to Istanbul, you can enjoy your first day of relaxation at sea.
Day 2-3: ISTANBUL – AIDAstella reaches the Turkish metropolis on the Bosphorus at midday. You have a full day and a half to discover Istanbul's countless sights. Why not visit the historic old town with the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia? Or be impressed by the imposing Topkapi Palace with its mysterious treasury. Enjoy the evening and the vibrant nightlife on Istanbul's streets. AIDAstella does not set sail again until the evening of the third day.
Day 4: DAY AT SEA – Let the impressions gathered in Istanbul sink in and relax on board AIDAstella at sea.
Day 5: ATHENS/PIRAEUS – Those who set out on a voyage of discovery in Athens will be overwhelmed by the abundance of historical sights. The entire city is a treasure chest of famous buildings, temples, ruins, and squares – from A for Acropolis to Z for Zappeion. However, a stay in the port city of Piraeus is also worthwhile, where the Hellenic Maritime Museum provides an overview of the history of Greek seafaring.
Day 6: RHODES – Those who have had enough culture might want to just relax on the popular holiday island of Rhodes and enjoy the atmosphere of the old town. But a relaxing beach visit is also possible!
Day 7: ANTALYA – At the end of the cruise, AIDAstella docks back in Antalya with you, the largest city on the Turkish Riviera. Visit the well-preserved ancient Hadrian's Gate or one of the city's bazaars before being picked up for your connecting stay or return flight.
