Location

The popular luxurious complex is located directly on the sandy beach (partially with small pebbles) of Lara. The center of Kundu with shopping and entertainment facilities is about 2 km away, and the city center of Antalya is approximately 27 km away. Taxi and bus connections are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities

Magnificent architecture modeled after the Kremlin in Moscow. The comfortable hotel with a main building (elevators available, no rooms in the main building) and outbuildings in the garden has a total of 824 rooms. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the rooms and public areas. There is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various specialty restaurants (each subject to availability and reservation for stays of at least 7 nights, one visit included), several bars, a wellness center, and an indoor pool with a children's pool. Various shops and a hairdresser are available (each for a fee). The beautifully designed garden area, open towards the sea, features a spacious freshwater pool landscape with a separate children's pool, water slides (hourly operation), sun terraces, and a pool/beach bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, beach towels, and umbrellas are available free of charge here and on the hotel's private beach.

The room size is approx. 48 m². The room is split-level. The ground floor room has a double bed. The upper floor room has two sofa beds, which offer the comfort of a single bed. (2FS)

Superior Double Room

The rooms are rustically and comfortably furnished with a shower or bath/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, kettle, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather permitting), safe, minibar, carpeted floor, and balcony. (Summer 2025 only: Guests also receive a children's bag, cap, bathrobe, toothbrush, slippers, as well as a coloring book, colored pencils, and children's shampoo and shower gel) (DSU). Suite (Summer 2026)

The rooms are furnished in a rustic and comfortable style and feature a shower or bathtub/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, kettle, centrally controlled (weather-dependent) air conditioning, safe, minibar, carpet or tiled floor, and a balcony. This category offers two different room types, each with an area of 50 m² (distribution at the hotelier's discretion (S2):
One-room suite variant:
Consists of a spacious, open room and features a double bed and a seating area. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and WC.
Two-room suite variant with connecting door:
Consists of two separate rooms separated by a connecting door.
One room contains a double bed, and the other contains a sofa bed with the comfort of a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower or bathtub and WC.

Superior Family Room (Summer 2025)
