Location

This fascinating luxury hotel is located directly on the extensive sand/pebble beach in the up-and-coming holiday region of Kundu. The center of the provincial capital Antalya is approx. 25 km away; public bus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel. The transfer time from Antalya Airport is about 20 minutes.

The superlative hotel complex was built on an area of around 137,000 m² and impresses with its imposing appearance. The hotel building, with a total of 546 rooms and suites, consists of three interconnected building wings, each with six to seven floors (elevators available). Each building wing has its own style: the European wing, the Anatolian wing, and the "Dolmabahce" main building. Exclusive facilities include an elegant reception hall, spacious seating areas with exceptional design, a lobby lounge, the main restaurant with a terrace area, as well as various specialty restaurants (for a fee), various bars, a nightclub, a 7,500 m² spa and fitness area, a modern indoor pool (open in the winter season) with a whirlpool and a separate children's pool, and a professionally equipped fitness center. There are also luxurious shops, boutiques, various conference rooms with full business facilities, two ballrooms, and a beauty center and medical spa (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel area. The spacious outdoor area features a show center for evening events, an artificial lagoon, a water landscape, and a 16,000 m² freshwater swimming pool landscape with a separate children's pool with water slides. Sun loungers, pads, parasols, and beach towels are available free of charge here and on the hotel's own extensive beach section with bathing and sunbathing platforms.

Double Room

Your exquisitely furnished room is located in the main building and features a bath/WC, hairdryer, LED TV, direct-dial telephone, tea/coffee setup, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, safe, parquet flooring with carpet, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Double Room Premium

With otherwise similar equipment and furnishings to the double rooms, these are more spacious and feature a seating area (PDZ), bath, and shower/WC. Rooms with pool view (or side sea view at the hotelier's discretion) can be booked for an extra charge (PPD). Double room for single use (PEZ/1PP).

Deluxe Room

Located in the Anadolu main building, these rooms offer luxury in one space; in addition to the standard equipment, you will find a comfortable living area in front of the grandiose double bed (DD2). The deluxe room has a whirlpool. Also bookable as a double room for single use in winter (DD1).

Family Room

The family rooms have the same equipment and location as the double rooms as well as a seating area, bath/shower/WC, two LED TVs, and two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the second bedroom with two single beds, with a connecting door and balcony (DF2).

Premium Family Room

These are more spacious and, in addition to the family room amenities, feature two bathrooms. In the master bedroom, the bathroom includes a bathtub and shower/WC, and the second bedroom has a shower/WC (PF2).

Pool Duplex Suite Room (Winter 26/27)

The spacious, two-story Pool Duplex Suites are approx. 90 m² in size, are located in the main building, and include an upstairs bedroom with a double bed, an LCD Smart TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. On the ground floor, there is a second bedroom with two smaller beds as well as a bathroom, a seating area, an LCD Smart TV, a minibar, and a safe. The centerpiece of the Pool Duplex Suite is the approx. 22 m² terrace, which is furnished with sun loungers and offers direct access to the hotel pool (2PS).

Premium Pool Duplex Suite (Winter 26/27)

These two-story rooms (110 m²) in the main building have 2 bedrooms with a connecting door upstairs (the 1st bedroom has a double bed (2 x 2 m) and the 2nd bedroom has two separate beds (each 1 x 2 m)). Each bedroom has 2 separate bathrooms. In each bathroom, there is a WC, bathtub, and shower. 3 LED TVs, seating area, safe, minibar, and balcony are provided. The ground floor features a mini-kitchen, mini-fridge, microwave, dining table, and your own 22 m² terrace, which offers direct access to the swimming pool. On the terrace, there is a sofa group and sun loungers (S2X).

Grand Duplex Suite (Winter 26/27)

These rooms in the main building (approx. 145 m²) are located on the 5th floor and are two-story. Upstairs they have a bedroom (1 double bed, 2 x 2 m), a bathroom, WC, shower, whirlpool, seating area, and LED TV. On the ground floor, there are two separate beds (each 1 x 2 m), a bathroom, WC, shower, living room, LED TV, minibar, safe, and balcony (SA).

Lake House (Winter 26/27)

Located between the main building and the sea (170 m²), these feature two bedrooms within the garden, two bathrooms, and a seating area. The master bedroom has a double bed (1.80x2.00m), WC, a shower designed as a Turkish bath, whirlpool, LED TV, and minibar. In the other bedroom, two single beds (each 1 x 2 m), a bathroom, WC, a shower designed as a Turkish bath, whirlpool, and LED TV are available. The seating area has a lounge set consisting of two separate lounges, a dining table, a work desk, an LED TV, a minibar, and a safe. A private swimming pool, a bar, and a sunbathing area are available exclusively for Lake House guests (ALH).
