The imposing holiday resort is located on the long sandy beach (slightly pebbly at the water's edge) of Lara, with exclusive shopping opportunities nearby. The city of Antalya is approximately 17 km away, and the airport is about 15 km away. Taxi and public bus connections are available in front of the hotel.

The luxurious hotel has a total of 604 rooms spread over ten floors (six lifts available). Amenities include an impressive lobby with a reception area and cozy seating, a lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservation required, service charge applies), several bars, a patisserie, and conference rooms. Various shops, a hairdresser, a game room, and the spa center (all at a charge) are also available. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The extensive garden area features an amphitheater for evening entertainment, two freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces, a pool/snack bar, a separate children's pool, an aquapark, and an amusement park. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are provided free of charge at both the pool and the beach.

- Not all à la carte restaurants are available.
- Sun loungers are only available at the indoor pool (open and heated from Nov 1st to Mar 31st).
- The mini club is held indoors.
- Ice cream is not available.
- The indoor pool with a separate children's pool is open and heated between Nov 1st and Mar 31st.
- Aqua aerobics takes place in the indoor pool.
- Archery, air rifle shooting, gymnastics, and beach volleyball are not offered.
- The aqua park and amusement park are closed.

Double Room

The rooms, decorated in a palace style, feature a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operates intermittently depending on weather conditions and hours), minibar, electric kettle with tea and coffee setup, satellite TV, safe, carpet flooring, balcony, and land view (D). Rooms with side sea view or sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS/DM). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms with an connecting door and a bathroom/WC (DF2). Can be booked with sea view at an additional charge (FM2).

Junior Suite

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these feature a separate living area with an connecting door, a bathroom/WC, and land view (JS2).

Deluxe Suite (AYTA94)

The suites feature a separate bedroom and a living area, a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operates intermittently, weather-dependent), minibar, coffee/tea maker, satellite TV with music channel, safe, Wi-Fi (free of charge), and a balcony or terrace.

Superior Double Room (AYTA94)

These correspond to the double rooms (DSU/DSE). Also bookable with side sea view (D2S/1SD) or sea view (DMU/DME) at an additional charge.

Family Room Type I (AYTA94)

These duplex family rooms, approximately 75 m², offer sleeping accommodation for 4 people on 2 floors and have 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub) (DFI).

Ultra All Inclusive

Extensive buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Late risers' breakfast, diet corner (lunch and dinner), and children's buffet during main meals in the main restaurant. Snacks, patisserie, and ice cream hour (seasonal, limited hours) available during the day, as well as coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon and a midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with various soft drinks, water, and beer. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
