The resort hotel is located in Oba near Alanya and is separated from the sand/shingle beach by approximately 250 meters. The lively center of Alanya, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is about 2.5 km away; public transport is available nearby.

The hotel complex features 185 rooms spread across two building wings, each with 5 floors. The interior includes a lobby with comfortable seating areas, a lobby bar, Wi-Fi (included in the lobby, available in rooms for a fee), a reception, a buffet restaurant, and a spa center. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, 2 water slides for adults, and two additional ones for small children (available during set hours). Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are available free of charge at the beach (with beach bar) and at the pool.

Double Room

The elegantly furnished rooms (approx. 20m²) feature one double bed and one single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, rental safe, minibar, satellite TV, telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DR=SR for sole use (DE).

Superior Double Room

With the same facilities as the double rooms but more spacious (approx. 20-40 m²) (DSU). SR=DR for sole use (DSE). Pool view can be booked for an extra charge (DSP). DR=SR for sole use (DST). For Summer ’27, special discounts for families with 2 adults and 2 children (2nd child receives a sofa bed) can be booked as Superior Child friendly (DAS).

Superior Family Room

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these consist of 2 rooms (with connecting door) and feature a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other (F2U). In Summer 26, pool view can be booked for an extra charge (FP2).
