Location

The holiday property is located in Oba, approx. 3 km from the lively center of Alanya with its many shopping and entertainment options. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel, and a complimentary shuttle service to the center is provided at certain times. Gazipaşa Airport is approximately 39 km away.

Facilities

Summer:
The spacious, green complex, covering a total area of approximately 28,217 m², features 340 rooms across five floors with several elevators and villas. It is located approximately 50 meters from the sand/pebble beach, which is easily accessible via an underpass. It consists of an apartment and residence area (annex buildings). The indoor area includes a lobby with comfortable seating areas, a reading and TV corner, the main restaurant, several bars, an indoor pool, and Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area. Various à-la-carte restaurants, shops, a hairdresser, a game room, the Starbucks Café, and an internet corner are each available for a fee. In the beautifully landscaped gardens, you will find the spacious freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and whirlpool, an aqua park with four water slides and a separate children's area (hourly), the pools in the villa area (for villa guests only), and the sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge here and at the beach. Bath towels are available in the rooms and are provided free of charge.

Accommodation

Double room

The elegant rooms consist of one room and are located in the annex buildings; they feature a shower/WC, minibar, air conditioning, satellite TV, and balcony (D). DR=SR for single use (DE).

Family room

The comfortable and elegant rooms in the main building feature one double bed and two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, mini-fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, rental safe, air conditioning (individual), tiled floor, balcony, and are located on the land side. Tables and chairs are available on the balcony (DF2).

Comfort Family room Type B

These feature the same equipment as the family rooms, with one bedroom, a living room with two sofa beds, and two air conditioning units (2FB).

Comfort Family room Type A

Identical to the family rooms, they additionally feature a second bedroom and a kitchenette (2FA).

Family Economy room

Identical to the family rooms, they are located on the top floor and feature one bedroom and one living room (Z2F).

Villa

The villas are located in the annex building and feature a double bed in the bedroom with laminate flooring, another room with two single beds, a sofa bed, and a terrace. Bathrobes are provided for these room types. The kitchenette also includes a toaster, microwave, and a larger refrigerator compared to other room types (V2).

Superior room

With similar equipment to the double rooms, these also feature a bedroom and a living area (DSU).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style; various snack offerings and ice cream available throughout the day in different areas. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages as well as selected imported drinks are included from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. at the respective open bars. Snacks, soft drinks, and beer are included at the beach. À-la-carte restaurants are included subject to availability and reservation. Soft drinks are included 24 hours a day.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Further imported drinks, bottled and canned beverages, cocktails, freshly squeezed fruit juices, alcoholic drinks after 2 a.m., Starbucks coffee.
