The holiday accommodation is separated from the sand/pebble beach only by the coastal road; an underpass is available. The lively centre of Alanya with many shopping and entertainment opportunities is approx. 3 km away, public transport is available. Gazipasa Airport is approx. 40 km away.

The hotel has 320 rooms on seven floors. The interior includes a lobby with comfortable seating areas and lobby bar, Wi-Fi is included here and in the rooms, reception, a buffet restaurant with terrace, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee), cinema, patisserie and disco. Conference rooms, game hall, hairdresser, mini-market and some shops, as well as an internet corner, are all subject to a charge. An indoor pool (open in the winter season) and spa center complete the indoor facilities. The outdoor area has freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pool, another pool with three water slides (hourly) and a pool bar. Sun loungers, mattresses and umbrellas are available free of charge on the beach, jetty and by the pool.

Double Room

The elegantly furnished rooms consist of one room and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV, direct dial telephone, ceramic flooring and balcony (Summer D/Winter CB2). Double room = single room for single use (Summer DE/Winter CB1).

Double Room without Balcony

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms do not have a balcony and are located in a less desirable position (Summer DO/Winter CL2). Single room = double room for single use (Summer DEO/Winter CL1).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and have a bunk bed for children, which is visually separated by a partition (Summer DF2/Winter 2FA).

Family Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the family suites offer two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, a bathroom and an LCD satellite TV each (Summer 2FS/Winter 2FI). Family suites with sea view are bookable for an additional charge (2FM).

Run of the House Room (AYTB32)

These rooms are generally the cheapest room category. Location, size, and amenities may differ from the double rooms. They can be located in the main or side buildings. Requests regarding amenities and location cannot be accommodated. The allocation of rooms is solely at the discretion of the hotelier on site.
This applies to double rooms, single rooms, and family rooms (one room with an additional bunk bed).

Deluxe Suite (AYTB32)

The suites have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, two bedrooms, satellite TV, telephone, safe (free of charge), Wi-Fi (possibly for a fee), coffee/tea maker, and sea view (SD2).
