The holiday resort is separated from the sandy/pebble beach only by the coastal road, with an underpass available. The lively center of Alanya, with many shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 3 km away, and public transport is available. The Gazipasa Airport is approximately 40 km away.

The hotel has 320 rooms spread across seven floors. The interior includes a lobby with comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available and included here and in the rooms. There is a reception, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee), a cinema, a patisserie, and a disco. Conference rooms, a game hall, a hairdresser, a mini-market, several shops, and an internet corner are available for a fee. An indoor pool (open during the winter season) and a spa center complete the indoor facilities. Outdoors, there are freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pool, another pool with three water slides (operates on an hourly basis), and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are available free of charge at the beach, pier, and pool.

Double Room

The elegantly furnished rooms consist of one space and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, coffee/tea facilities, LCD satellite TV, direct dial telephone, ceramic flooring, and a balcony (Summer D/Winter CB2). Double room for single use (Summer DE/Winter CB1).

Double Room without Balcony

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but without a balcony and are located in a less desirable position (Summer DO/Winter CL2). Single room = double room for single use (Summer DEO/Winter CL1).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and feature a bunk bed for children, which is visually separated by a partition (Summer DF2/Winter 2FA).

Family Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the family suites offer two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, a bathroom, and an LCD satellite TV in each (Summer 2FS/Winter 2FI. Family suites with sea view are bookable for an additional charge (2FM).

Run of the House Room (AYTB32)

These rooms generally correspond to the most affordable room category. Location, size, and amenities may differ from double rooms and can be located in the main or annex buildings. Requests regarding amenities and location cannot be accommodated. Room allocation is solely at the discretion of the hotelier on site.
This applies to double rooms, single rooms, and family rooms (one room with an additional bunk bed).

Suite Deluxe (AYTB32)

The suites feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, two bedrooms, satellite TV, telephone, safe (free of charge), Wi-Fi (may incur a fee), coffee/tea maker, and sea view (SD2).
