The hotel is located in Alanya, situated on a hill above the town center with a view of the bay of Alanya. It is approximately 600m from the well-known Kleopatra Beach. A free shuttle service runs several times a day to the beach and to the town of Alanya, which is about 1.5 km away. Additionally, taxi services are available in front of the hotel.

The hotel, popular with guests, has a total of 338 rooms spread across two multi-story buildings. The hotel's various facilities include a reception area with a reception desk, elevators, Wi-Fi is included in many areas of the complex and in the rooms, a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, bars, a TV corner, shops, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool, another pool with water slides (at certain hours), a sun terrace, and a pool/snackbar.
