Location

The holiday property is located on the outskirts of Alanya and approx. 50 m from the famous Cleopatra Beach (pebble/sand beach) (separated only by a road). The centre of Alanya with many shopping and entertainment options can be reached in approx. 15 minutes on foot or by public minibus. From 1 November, the hotel can also be booked with Gazipasa (GZP) as the destination airport; the distance is 42 km.

Summer:
The popular holiday hotel with a family atmosphere and many regular guests has a total of 155 rooms over six floors (two lifts available). Hotel facilities include a chic reception area with seating corners and reception, a small library, a cosy lobby bar, a TV corner with a large screen, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, a business corner with two laptops and a printer (free use), and a bar. An à la carte restaurant and conference room are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area, restaurant, and around the pool. In the well-kept grounds, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool/snack bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are included for our guests there; they are available at the beach for a fee, and pool towels are also available for a fee.
Winter:
- Sun loungers and cushions are free of charge on the sun terrace; pool towels are available for a fee.

Accommodation

Double room

The rooms are modern and tastefully furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV with music channel, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi included, rental safe and air conditioning (individually adjustable), laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms on the sea side can be booked for an extra charge (DY2). DR=SR for single use (DE/DY1).

Super saver room

Identical to the double rooms, but located in a less preferred position (SSZ).

Family room (Summer)

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious, are located on the lobby floor on the sea side, and feature two single beds and a sofa bed, terrace, and garden view (DF2).
