The holiday hotel, popular with German regular guests, is located on the extensive sand/pebble beach in the center of Alanya.
The hotel can also be booked with Gazipasa (GZP) airport as the destination, the distance is 35 km.

The holiday resort has a total of 240 rooms spread across several one- to two-story buildings (no elevator) directly on the beach and the annex buildings with three (no elevator), four or five floors (each with elevators) on the opposite side of the street (an underpass is available). Central amenities include the reception hall with seating areas and panoramic bar on the beach side, the buffet restaurant, and an à la carte restaurant (open from May 1st to October 15th, included once per stay). In the annex area, you will find a satellite TV corner and the wellness area. There are also various shops and a hairdresser (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. The beautifully landscaped garden area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, sun terraces, a sunbathing lawn, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are available around the pool and at the beach with its own beach bar, as are the first towels (provided in the room).

Double Room Type A

The rooms are located on the beach and offer shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), Smart Sat.-TV with music channel, rental safe, coffee/tea facilities, mini-fridge, tiled floor, and balcony (DA). DZ=EZ for single use (DEA).

Double Room Type B

Located in the annex buildings, otherwise with similar amenities as Double Room Type A (DB). DZ=EZ for single use (DEB).

Super Saver Room

Identical to Double Rooms Type B in a less preferred location (SSZ).

Family Room

With the same amenities and location as Double Room Type B, but with 2 bedrooms connected by a door (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the bars that are open from 10 am to 12 am. The mini-fridge is stocked with still water upon arrival, which will be refilled as needed. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
