Location

The Grand Kaptan Hotel is located in a central area, separated from the long pebble/sand beach only by the main road (underpass available). It is approximately 5 km to the center of Alanya (free shuttle service from the hotel available). Various shopping and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The well-known holiday hotel with many regular guests has a total of 334 rooms (lifts available). The hotel building houses the elegant reception hall with seating areas and lobby bar, conference rooms, panoramic buffet restaurant with terrace area, and various à la carte restaurants (included once a week subject to availability and prior reservation), souvenir shop and mini-market (for a fee). Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the lobby area; Wi-Fi is available for a fee in the rooms and other areas of the hotel. In the well-kept garden area, there are two freshwater swimming pools, one with an integrated children's pool and three water slides (120 cm deep), a separate children's pool (40 cm deep), the sun terrace, a pool/snack bar, and a beach bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, beach towels, and parasols are included here as well as on the beach, but are subject to a charge at the pier. The outdoor facilities are only partially in operation during the summer months due to the weather.

The double rooms are located in the main building, are tastefully furnished and equipped with a shower or bath/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, kettle and tea/coffee setup, safe (for a deposit), satellite TV with music channel and balcony (D). Rooms with a side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMS). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/DES).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day (at the beach 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM), coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream at the pool bar, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
