The hotel is located in Alanya, about 150 m from the public sand/pebble beach. The city center with numerous shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment options is approximately 4 km away. Public minibus or taxi connections are available.

The cozy hotel complex consists of two four-story buildings and offers a total of 146 rooms. The hotel's amenities include a lobby with a reception, elevators, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two bars, and a satellite TV corner. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex free of charge. In the garden area, there are two freshwater swimming pools in summer (one of them is open seasonally and heated at the discretion of the hotelier), a sun terrace, and a snack bar. Sunbeds, mattresses, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room

The simply furnished rooms have a shower/WC, slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, mini-fridge, kettle and coffee/tea setup, safe, air conditioning (split air conditioning), tiled floor, and a balcony or terrace (DA/D). Double room for single use (DEA/D). From Winter 25/26 also bookable as a side sea view room (DMS/DES).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms offer a side pool view (APD/PD/PID). Side sea view is available for an extra charge (AMS/DMS(So25)/DIS). Double room for single use (APE/PDE/PIE/EIA/DES/EIS).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children (2FA/DF2).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but slightly smaller and located in less desirable areas (SSX/SSZ). Double room for single use (ESX/SSE).
