Located directly on the sandy beach (partially rocky in the water) of the Incekum holiday area. Alanya city is approx. 22 km away, numerous shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, about 2 km away in Avsallar. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

Summer:
The adults-only hotel (bookable for ages 16 and up) has a total of 226 rooms on six floors (elevators available). Amenities include an impressive lobby with reception and cozy seating areas, a lobby bar, the main restaurant with terrace, an à la carte restaurant (included once for a minimum stay of 7 nights), and various bars. Hairdressers, various shops, and a well-equipped spa area are also available (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The attractively designed outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool, sun terraces, and a pool bar. The hotel has a terrace pool with sea views, where you can simply relax (access via the spa area for a fee). Here and at the beach with drink service, sunbeds, umbrellas, and bath towels are included for our guests.
Exclusive amenities for our guests in the booking period 22.1.-7.2.26:
- 2 A-La-Carte dinners free with stays until 31.05
- 1 beach bag per room

Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms have a shower/toilet, hairdryer, kettle, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually controlled), minibar, LCD/LED TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, balcony, and land view (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy land view (DE). Sea view rooms are available at an additional charge (DM). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DEM).

Double Room with Direct Pool Access

Same size and amenities as the double rooms, with a terrace and direct access to the pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available on the terrace with sea view (PZ2).

Double Room Type A

Identical to the double rooms, bookable at more favorable conditions with a limited quota (DA).

L-Suite

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, the suite is larger and consists of a visually separated living/sleeping area and has a land view (S2).

Double Room Type B

With the same amenities as double rooms type A, and have sea view (DB).

Comfort Room

With similar amenities to the L-Suite, for a maximum occupancy of 2 people (2CD).

Corner Suite

With otherwise identical amenities to the suite, this is a corner suite with land view (SA).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Rich buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and a midnight snack. A special menu for vegan guests. Various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and mineral water upon arrival and is refilled with water once daily.
