The hotel is located directly on its own sandy/pebble beach (partly rocky, bathing shoes recommended) in Türkler. Numerous shops are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The center of Avsallar is about 1 km away, Alanya with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities is approximately 18 km away. Taxis and public transport are available.

The luxurious hotel has 250 rooms spread over six floors. In the reception area, you will find the reception with comfortable seating and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (one visit included with a minimum stay of 7 nights, reservation required), several bars. Shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee), as well as conference rooms and an indoor pool (heated seasonally). The outdoor area features a large freshwater swimming pool, separate children's pools with two water slides, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and at the beach with a beach bar.

Double Room Land View

The rooms, with an area of approximately 32 sqm, offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, central heating/air conditioning, safe, minibar, satellite TV, telephone, and a balcony. They are equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and are suitable for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child (D). Also bookable for families with children with a maximum occupancy of 2+1 (DC) or 2+2 (DB).

Double Room Side Sea View

Same amenities as the Double Room Land View and feature side sea view (DMS). Sea view is bookable at an extra charge (DM). Single occupancy (DZ=EZ) is available (DES/DEM). In the early season, bookable in limited quantities and during specific periods with more favorable conditions (AMS).

Deluxe Double Room

The rooms are equipped like the double rooms but additionally offer special privileges, free 'Mary Alanya Club Benefit', and a 25% discount on à la carte services. With a minimum stay of 14 nights: one breakfast served in the room, 50% discount on laundry service (DD2). Single occupancy (DZ=EZ) available (DD1). In the early season, bookable in limited quantities and during specific periods with more favorable conditions for single occupancy (1TA/EDB/CD1).

Large Double Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are approximately 45 sqm and feature one double bed and two single beds, facing the land side (D2X). Side sea view is bookable at an extra charge (2SX). (Also bookable under AYTA82 as a double room for 2 adults + 2 children (2KD)).

Economy Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are in a limited location (SSZ). In the early season, bookable in limited quantities and during specific periods with more favorable conditions as single occupancy (DZ=EZ) (SSE/ESX).

Rich buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as late riser breakfast and midnight buffet. Various snacks, coffee/tea, cakes, and ice cream are available during the day. Enjoy dinner at one of the à la carte restaurants once per stay (reservations required). Some imported drinks, cocktails, and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is stocked with soft drinks, mineral water upon arrival, and still water daily.
