Location

The extensive sandy/pebble beach can be easily reached via the hotel's own underpass, located approximately 600 meters away. The distance to Alanya is approx. 15 km and to Side about 45 km. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.
The hotel can also be booked with Gazipasa Airport (GZP) as the destination airport; the distance is 60 km.

The comfort hotel has a total of 1020 rooms, distributed across the seven-story main building and the six-story annex building (with eight and six elevators respectively), 24 wooden Family Chalets, and twelve two-story villa buildings (48 rooms) with their own pool area and sun terraces in the garden. The various hotel facilities include the impressive reception hall with a seating area and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), five different specialty restaurants (for a fee), some of which are located in the beach area (once per stay for a seven-day stay, included, subject to availability and advance reservation, weather permitting, three of which are open from May 1st and for a service fee of), various bars, an open-air disco (weather permitting). The Game Hall, several shops, a mini-market, a hairdresser (all for a fee), a well-equipped spa and wellness center, and the modern indoor pool (seasonal). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a spacious freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a separate children's pool with a water slide (hourly), a pirate ship with water slides, as well as a pool/snackbar and the private villa pool area. Here, as well as on the beach, sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are available to all guests free of charge. In the elaborately designed beach area (weather permitting), in addition to the beach/snackbar, there is a saltwater swimming pool (weather permitting, from May 1st) and an aquapark with nine water slides (hourly), as well as a pirate ship with water slides for children and another aquapark for children and a great sunbathing jetty (weather permitting). The waterfall pool is heated (weather permitting) and at the hotelier's discretion.

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms are comfortably furnished with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, minibar, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view are available at an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM). These rooms are located in both the main and annex buildings.

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms with land view and without a balcony (SOZ). Double room for single use (SOE).

Double Room Swim Up

The rooms are located in the annex building and have a shower/WC and direct access to the pool via stairs, with the same amenities as the double rooms. For safety reasons, these rooms can only be booked with children aged 6 and over (SWD).

Family Room Duplex

Also located in the main building, these rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but consist of two rooms spread over two floors (with an interconnecting door), connected by a staircase (maisonette style) (DF2). Rooms with a sea view are also available at an additional charge (F2M).

Villa Suite

Located on the second floor of the two-story villa buildings, these rooms have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the same amenities as the double rooms, including a minibar, satellite TV, and air conditioning. For safety reasons, these rooms can only be booked with children aged 6 and over. These rooms are located in the villa area (VB2).

Family Room Duplex Suite (Suite Type A)

Similar amenities to the family rooms, these suites consist of two bedrooms and two bathrooms/WC, measuring 60 to 75 m². Each room features an LED TV. These rooms are located in the main building (SA).

Super Saver Room Type B (AYTB13)

All these rooms are without a balcony (SZB/SZE). These rooms are located in the Harmony or Resort building.

Superior Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms, approximately 33 m² in size, with a land view (DSU). Sea view is available at an additional charge (DMU). Double room for single use (DSE/DME). These rooms are located in the main building.

Double Room Type A

Similar amenities to the double rooms in the Resort building (DA). Double room for single use (DEA). These rooms are located in the Harmony building.

Double Room Type B

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms can be located in the main building as well as in the villa buildings (DB).

Double Room Swim-Up (AYTB13)

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included at the open bars between 10 AM and 2 AM. The minibar is stocked with still water, mineral water, and soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily with mineral water and still water. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Other imported drinks, bottled wine and beer, shisha. All food in the specialty restaurants. All alcoholic beverages from 2 AM to 8 AM.

Sports included

Two hard tennis courts for daytime use with your own equipment, table tennis, fitness room, aerobics, water aerobics, water polo, and beach volleyball.
