This modern hotel complex is situated in a beautifully landscaped garden of approximately 38,000 m², directly on the hotel's three private sandy beaches. Alanya is located approximately 20 km from the hotel.

The complex consists of a futuristic, spherical building and features 166 rooms across 5 floors. It offers a lobby with a reception, elevators, a restaurant with a terrace (weather-dependent), à-la-carte restaurants, as well as bars, a mini-market, a hairdresser, and a heated indoor pool (only in winter and weather-dependent). In the spacious outdoor area, there is a swimming pool, sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar. A pool with three water slides is also available. The 43 swim-up rooms are located in the front row facing the sea. Sun umbrellas, sun loungers with pads, and beach towels (against a deposit) are included at the pool and the beach.

Deluxe Double Room

The comfortably furnished deluxe rooms are approximately 32 m² and feature air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, kettle with tea/coffee maker, shower/WC, hairdryer, Wi-Fi included, balcony, and land view (DLB). Partial sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DD2). Double room can be booked for single use (DD1). Can be booked with more favorable conditions for families with 2 children (DSI).

Swim-Up Room

With similar amenities, the swim-up rooms are located in the front row facing the sea and additionally feature direct access to the communal pool (SWD/A2Q). Double room can be booked for single use (SWE). Bookable for guests aged 16+. Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Superior Double Room

These comfortably furnished rooms are approximately 32 m² and feature air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, kettle with tea/coffee setup, Wi-Fi is included, a balcony, and a partial sea view (DSU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late riser breakfast, daytime snacks, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, "Street Food," as well as ice cream hour and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks at the respective open bars, 24 hours around the clock. Dinner is optionally available in the à-la-carte restaurants (included once per stay for stays of at least 14 days). The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and refilled daily as needed.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Further imported drinks, fresh fruit juices, room service, telephone and fax charges, laundry service, doctor, fish restaurant, and further visits to the à-la-carte restaurants.
