This modern hotel complex is situated in a beautifully landscaped garden of approx. 50,000 m², directly on three hotel-owned sandy beaches. Alanya is approx. 20 km from the hotel.

The complex consists of a futuristic, spherical building and has 166 rooms on 5 floors. It offers a lobby with reception, lifts, restaurant with terrace (weather permitting), à la carte restaurants and bars, mini-market, hairdresser and a heated indoor pool (only in winter and weather permitting). In the extensive outdoor area, there is a swimming pool, sun terraces and a pool/snack bar. There is also a pool with three water slides. The 43 swim-up rooms are located in the front row to the sea. Sunshades, loungers with mattresses and beach towels (a deposit is required) are included by the pool and on the beach.

Deluxe Double Room

The comfortably furnished Deluxe rooms have approx. 32 m², air conditioning (central, weather permitting), telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, kettle with tea/coffee maker, shower/WC, hairdryer, Wi-Fi included, balcony and land view (DLB). Side sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DD2). Double room can also be booked for single use (DD1).

Swim Up Room

With similar amenities, the Swim-Up rooms are located in the front row to the sea and also have direct access to the communal pool (SWD/A2Q). Double room can also be booked for single use (SWE). Bookable from +16 years. Exclusively for our guests: fruit basket, bathrobes, introductory massage, 15% discount on wellness treatments, welcome cocktail upon arrival, free early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability), 1x use of the à la carte restaurant (for stays of 14 nights or more, with reservation). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen has a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, "street food" as well as ice cream hour and midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, at the respective open bars, 24 hours a day. Dinner is optional in the à la carte restaurants (included once per stay for stays of at least 14 days). The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks and beer upon arrival and refilled daily as needed.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Further imported drinks, fresh fruit juices, room service, telephone and fax charges, laundry, doctor, fish restaurant and further visits to the à la carte restaurants.
