The luxurious resort is located directly on the sand beach of Okurcalar, making it ideal for a beach holiday with the family. The tourist center of Alanya with its numerous attractions, shops, and restaurants is about 35 km away, and the city of Manavgat (approx. 25 km) is also worth seeing. Antalya International Airport is about 95 km away.

The air-conditioned hotel has 105 rooms on 7 floors. The interior includes a lobby, a reception (24 h), a lobby bar, a lounge, a hairdresser, a mini-market, a shop, and 4 bars, as well as Wi-Fi (in public areas).
