The resort is located near the holiday region of Okurcalar; the hotel's own bathing platform is easily accessible via an elevator. Side and Alanya can be conveniently reached by taxi or public transport. The distance to Antalya Airport is approximately 95 km.

This family-friendly holiday residence has 421 rooms spread across two building sections. Amenities include a lobby with a reception, elevators, a lobby bar, and seating areas. Further facilities include a main restaurant, various à-la-carte restaurants (by reservation and for a fee), bars, a spa area, and an indoor pool (seasonal). Conference rooms and shopping facilities are available for a fee. The spacious and well-maintained outdoor area features a pool landscape with an aqua park and various slides, a wave pool, a separate children's aqua park with slides, and a rafting pool (for a fee, each weather-dependent/hourly), as well as sun terraces and a pool/snack bar.
