The hotel is located in the Okurcalar holiday region with its own sandy beach, designed like a bay. The center of Alanya is approximately 33 km away, Antalya Airport is 90 km away, and Gazipaşa Airport is 75 km away.

The hotel has a total of 454 rooms spread across thirteen floors with several elevators. Facilities include an elegantly designed reception hall with a reception area, seating, and lobby bar, an elegant main restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (some à la carte restaurants are included with advance reservation and subject to availability for a 7-night stay), several bars, a patisserie, an Irish pub (open from May 1st, 10 PM - 2:30 AM), a nightclub bar, a spa center, and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (heated according to weather conditions). Various shops, conference rooms, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. The outdoor area features an amphitheater, a pool landscape with a large freshwater swimming pool, a relaxation pool (+18), an aquapark with six water slides, an aquatower pool for children, and a semi-Olympic activity pool. Sun loungers with integrated cushions, umbrellas, and bath towels are included at the pools and on the beach.

Double Room

The modernly furnished double rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central), direct dial telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, Wi-Fi (included), safe, satellite TV, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM), and double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (DE/DEM).

Superior Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and offer sea views (DMU). From Summer '26, also available as a single room (double occupancy) for single use. Rooms with pool access and tiled floors with garden view (SWB) or sea view (DWP) are available at an additional cost.
(Additionally bookable under AYTD15 as a Superior Double Room Swim Up Sea View, DWP, and as a Superior Swim Up Garden View "SWP". Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.)

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these feature two separate rooms with a connecting door and sea view (F2M). Rooms with pool access, tiled floors, and land view are available at an additional charge (2FP).
(Additionally bookable under AYTD15 with direct pool access "FSU". Note: Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, various snacks available throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight snacks.
