Located directly on the long, extensive pebble/sand beach in the Okurcalar holiday area, approximately 35 km from Alanya and 30 km from Side. Various shopping and entertainment options are 2 km away. Taxis and minibuses are available near the hotel. Antalya Airport is 85 km away.

The modern and extensive hotel complex has a total of 350 rooms spread across a six-story main building. Facilities include a reception hall with a seating area, lifts, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (once per week with a minimum stay of seven nights, reservation and availability required, open six days a week), various bars, and a satellite TV corner. Shops and a wellness center (both for a fee). Indoor pool with children's pool (open during the winter season). Wi-Fi is included in the hotel building. The well-maintained garden area features a freshwater swimming pool, a small pool with two water slides (operational at certain hours), a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, and a pool/snack bar. A beach bar is available on the beach. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and bath towels (changing for a fee) are included both at the pool and on the beach with a fantastic bathing jetty.

Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms, approximately 25-30 m², feature a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe, satellite TV with music channel, mini-fridge, individually adjustable air conditioning, carpeted floors, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE).

Superior Double Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms. Guests booking this category also receive a 25-minute introductory massage, 25% discount on SPA offers, wheelchair service, a second à la carte reservation for stays of 10 nights or more, 50% discount on laundry service (for stays of 15 days or more), and one in-room breakfast for stays of 22 days or more (DSU).

Junior Suite Sea View

With generally similar features to the double rooms, these rooms have a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and a balcony with a sea view (J2M).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, late riser's breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a rich open buffet. Dinner from the buffet (1 AM). Various snacks during the day and coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the open bars 24 hours a day. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks, sodas, and fruit juice upon arrival; further refills include water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
