Location

The holiday accommodation is located in the Okurcalar/Karaburun holiday area directly on the expansive pebble/sand beach. The towns of Side (approx. 25 km) and Alanya (approx. 35 km) can be easily reached via public minibuses or taxi (taxi stand in front of the hotel) along the coastal road running above the hotel.
The hotel can also be booked with Gazipasa Airport (GZP) as the destination airport; the distance is 81 km.

The beachfront hotel, newly renovated in Winter 25/26, is expected to open its doors at the beginning of April 2026 under a new hotel name, "Calido Sol Hotel". It features a total of 247 rooms spread across five floors (elevators available). The hotel facilities include an elegant reception hall with a reception desk, lobby bar, and inviting seating areas, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (reservation and availability required for both, one included per stay), various shops, a hairdresser (both for a fee), a conference room, and several bars. An indoor pool (seasonal) and a wellness area are also available. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and in the rooms. The beautifully landscaped garden area boasts a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, three water slides (operating at specific hours), a sun terrace, a sunbathing lawn, and a pool/snackbar. Sunbeds, mattresses, beach towels, and umbrellas are included for our guests at the pool and on the beach.
Exclusive amenities for our guests during the booking period 22.01-07.02.26 and travel period 15.05-31.05.26:
- Two complimentary visits to the à la carte restaurant (for all room types)
- Complimentary beach bag (for all room types)
- Complimentary bathrobes (for adults, in all room types)

Double Room (Summer 25)

The cheerfully furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individual), mini-fridge, safety deposit box (rental fee), direct dial telephone, satellite TV, laminate flooring, and a balcony with a land view (D). Double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (DE).

Super Saver Room (Summer 25)

These rooms are slightly smaller than the double rooms, with otherwise identical amenities, and are located on the land side (SSZ). They can also be booked as double rooms for single occupancy (SSE).

Large Double Room (Summer 25)

These rooms are slightly larger than the double rooms with a land view and, with otherwise identical amenities, feature bunk beds for children (D2X).

Superior Room Land View (Summer 26)

The newly renovated rooms are freshly furnished and consist of one room (one double bed and one single bed). Amenities include a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individual), minibar, safe, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, laminate flooring, and a balcony with a land view (DSU). Double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (DSE/1SD/DEA).

Superior Room Partial Sea View (Summer 26)

With similar amenities to the 'Superior Land View Rooms', these rooms offer a partial sea view (D2S). Double rooms can be booked for single occupancy (DSI).

Superior Room Partial Sea View Type A (Summer 26)

Similar to the 'Superior Land View Rooms' but slightly more spacious, these rooms offer a partial sea view, and the fourth person receives an extra bed (DAS).

Superior Room Partial Sea View Type B (Summer 26)

With the same amenities as 'Superior Room Type A', these rooms are available in limited numbers for families with a maximum of 2 children (DSB).

Family Suite Sea View (Summer 26)

The family suites have similar amenities to the 'Superior Room Partial Sea View Type A' and consist of two rooms (two double beds and one single bed are available) with a direct sea view (2FM).

Large Double Room Partial Sea View (Summer 26)

With similar amenities to the 'Superior Room Type A', these rooms are slightly more spacious and feature a sofa bed (2SX).

Super Saver Room (Summer 26)

With similar amenities to the Superior rooms, these rooms feature a slightly smaller double bed with a land view (SSZ). Double rooms can be booked for single occupancy (SSE). Available for single occupancy at more favorable rates during specific periods (ESX).
