Location

This holiday retreat is located in the Okurcalar/Karaburun holiday region, directly on a spacious pebble/sand beach. The towns of Side (approx. 25 km) and Alanya (approx. 35 km) can be easily reached by local minibuses or taxi (taxi stand in front of the hotel) via the coastal road that runs above the hotel.
The hotel can also be booked with Gazipasa (GZP) destination airport; the distance is 81 km.

Facilities

This beach hotel, newly renovated in winter 25/26, is expected to open its doors in early April 2026 under the new hotel name "Calido Sol Hotel" and features a total of 247 rooms across five floors (elevators available). Various hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with reception, lobby bar and inviting seating areas, a buffet restaurant with terrace, two à-la-carte restaurants (subject to reservation and availability, once per stay included), various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), a conference room, and several bars. An indoor pool (seasonal) and a wellness area are also available. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area as well as in the rooms. The beautifully landscaped garden area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, three water slides (open by the hour), a sun terrace, a sunbathing area, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, beach towels, and parasols are included for our guests at the pool and on the beach.

Superior Double Room Land View

The newly renovated rooms are freshly furnished and consist of one room (one double and one single bed). Facilities include shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually controlled), minibar, safe, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, laminate flooring, and balcony with land view (DSU). Double room for single use (DSE/1SD/DEA).

Superior Double Room Side Sea View

With similar facilities to the 'Superior Land View Room', these have a side sea view (D2S). Double room for single use (DSI).

Superior Double Room Side Sea View Type A

With similar facilities to the 'Superior Land View Room', but slightly more spacious; they have a side sea view and the fourth person receives an extra bed (DAS).

Superior Double Room Side Sea View Type B

With the same facilities as the 'Superior Room Type A' in limited numbers for families with a maximum of 2 children (DSB).

Family Suite Sea View

The Family Suites have similar facilities to the 'Superior Room Side Sea View Type A', feature two rooms (two double beds and one single bed are available), and have a direct sea view (2FM).

Large Double Room Side Sea View

With similar facilities to the 'Superior Room Type A', these are slightly more spacious and include a sofa bed (2SX).

Super Saver Room

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, afternoon snacks, as well as coffee/tea and pastries. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks included from 10:00 AM to 2:30 AM at the respective open bars. Daily minibar refill with a bottle of still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
