Located directly on the long, expansive pebble/sand beach in the Okurcalar holiday area, approx. 35 km before Alanya and 30 km from Side. Various shopping and entertainment venues can be reached within 2 km. Taxi and minibus connections are available near the hotel. Antalya Airport is 90 km away.

The modern and expansive hotel complex features a total of 287 rooms, distributed across a six-story main building and a three-story annex. Facilities include a lobby with reception and comfortable seating areas, elevators, as well as a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with a minimum stay of five days, upon reservation and subject to availability), a 24-hour lobby bar and other various bars, a satellite TV corner, and a disco. Hairdresser, shops, and wellness center (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the hotel building. In the well-kept garden area, there are two freshwater swimming pools, one of which has three water slides, a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, and a pool/snack bar. A beach bar is available on the beach. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are included both at the pool and at the beach with its great bathing jetty.

Double room side sea view

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, rental safe (3 € per day), satellite TV with music channel, mini-fridge, air conditioning (individually adjustable), laminate flooring, and balcony with side sea view (DMS). DR=SR for single use (DES).

Double room Deluxe

These are somewhat more spacious than the standard double rooms and have otherwise similar features, bathrobes, slippers, and a tea/coffee setup, as well as a balcony with side sea view (DDS). DR=SR for single use (EDD).

Super saver room

These are identical to the double rooms, are located on the first floor, are somewhat smaller than the standard rooms, and have a land view (SSZ). DR=SR for single use (SSE)

Large double room

In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, these also feature a bunk bed for children, laminate flooring, and land view (D2X).

Junior suite sea view

These have similar features to the double rooms and include a balcony with sea view (J2M).

In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, these feature an additional bedroom separated by a connecting door with laminate or carpet flooring as well as side sea view (FS2).

Rich breakfast buffet, late-riser breakfast, as well as a varied lunch and dinner from the buffet with a salad bar; various snacks throughout the day, and coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon. Minibar replenishment is included and is refilled daily with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
