This modern holiday residence is located directly on a long sand/pebble beach. Alanya, with its beautiful harbor, and the picturesque city center of Side are each approximately 35 km away, and Antalya Airport is about 90 km away. Public minibus connections are available on the nearby main road.

The comfort hotel offers 163 rooms spread across a five-story main building and an annex building. Many amenities include an impressive lobby with a reception, five elevators, inviting seating areas, and a spacious lobby bar with a terrace. Furthermore, there is the main restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (subject to availability and reservation, for a fee), additional bars, various shops (for a fee), and a wellness area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The outdoor area features a main pool and a children's pool, a seawater infinity pool on the beach, a relax pool for adults and one for children, an aqua pool with five water slides for adults, and an aqua tower for children with seven water slides, sun terraces, and a pool bar.
