The hotel is located directly on its own pebble/sand beach, with rocky sections in the water (bathing shoes recommended), in Konakli. The city center of Alanya, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 10 km away. Public transport and taxis are available. Gazipasa Airport is approx. 60 km away.

The spacious complex is built on a total area of 60,000 m² and offers 486 rooms spread across a seven-story building. The lobby features a reception, a lounge area with comfortable seating, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available for a fee. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (included once per seven-night stay with advance reservation), several bars, a patisserie, conference rooms, various shops (for a fee), an indoor pool with an integrated children's pool, and a wellness center. In the outdoor area, in addition to the animation stage, there are two freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pool, another pool with five water slides (open by the hour), a children's pool with five water slides, a pool/snack bar, and the sun terrace. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included at the pools and at the beach with its beach/snack bar.

Double Room

These standard rooms (approx. 26-28 m²) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, LCD satellite TV, Wi-Fi (for a fee), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DM). Double rooms can be booked for single use (DE/DEM).

Double Room Type A

With the same features as the double rooms, these are available in limited numbers and at more favorable terms for families with children (DA).

Super Saver Room without Balcony (Summer 25)

Similar in features to the double rooms but without a balcony, located on the land side in a less desirable position (SOZ). Double rooms can be booked for single use (SOE).

Family Room

These approx. 36-40 m² rooms consist of two bedrooms separated by a connecting door; they feature similar amenities and are located on the land side (DF2).

All Inclusive

A bright buffet with a variety of foods and modern wood-toned counters in a restaurant.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served from rich buffets. Patisserie, cakes, coffee, and tea times, ice cream at specific times, and various snacks complete the daily offer. Diverse local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10:00 AM to 02:00 AM at the currently open bars. The minibar is restocked daily with water. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory. Appropriate evening attire is requested.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported drinks, all drinks in the disco bar, freshly squeezed orange juice, energy drinks, and drinks after 2:00 AM.

Sports included

Fitness room, table tennis, darts, boccia, and beach volleyball.
