The hotel is located directly on the hotel's own pebble/sand beach, with rocky slabs offshore (bathing shoes recommended), in Konakli. The town center of Alanya with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities is about 10 km away. Public transport and taxis are available. Gazipasa Airport is approx. 60 km away.

The extensive complex is built on a total area of 60,000 m² and offers 486 rooms spread across a seven-story building. The lobby includes a reception, a lounge area with comfortable seating, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available for a fee. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (one visit included per seven nights of stay upon prior reservation), several bars, a patisserie, conference rooms, various shops (for a fee), an indoor pool with an integrated children's pool, and a wellness center. The outdoor area features an entertainment stage, two freshwater swimming pools with separate children's pools, another pool with five water slides (seasonal operation), a children's pool with five water slides, a pool/snackbar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pools and on the beach with a beach bar/snackbar.

Double room

These standard rooms, approximately 26-28 m², feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, minibar, LCD satellite TV, Wi-Fi (for a fee), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Sea view is bookable at an additional charge (DM). Double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (DE/DEM). Double rooms for single occupancy are available at more favorable rates as a "Ladies Room" (DEI).

Double Room Type A

With the same amenities as the double rooms, available in limited numbers and at more favorable rates for families with children (DA).

Super Saver Room without Balcony (Summer 25)

With similar amenities to the double rooms but without a balcony, located on the land side in less desirable locations (SOZ). Double rooms for single occupancy available (SOE).

Family Room

These rooms, approximately 36-40 sqm, with similar amenities, consist of two bedrooms separated by a connecting door and face the land side (DF2).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, located on the land side in less desirable locations (SSZ). Double rooms for single occupancy available (SSE).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Extensive buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, patisserie, cakes, coffee and tea times, ice cream at certain times, and various snack rounds complete the daily offering. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 am to 2 am at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with water daily. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory. Smart casual attire is requested for dinner.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported drinks, all drinks in the disco bar, freshly squeezed orange juice, energy drinks, and drinks after 2 am.
