Location

The beach hotel is located directly on the private sand/pebble beach (with Blue Flag) of the resort Konakli. Alanya, with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, is approximately 12 km away. Gazipasa Airport is approximately 57 km away, and Antalya is approximately 110 km away.

The hotel has 668 rooms spread across two seven-story main buildings and several three-story bungalow buildings. The interior includes a lobby, reception, lobby bar, TV corner, lounge, conference rooms, seven elevators, and six bars. Wi-Fi is included in public areas. The hotel also offers a hairdresser and shops (both for a fee). Facilities also include a buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (open six days a week from May 1st to September 30th, included once for stays of seven nights or more, reservation required), and an indoor pool. The pool area includes several pools open seasonally as well as a separate children's pool. The hotel's garden area invites relaxation. Sun loungers, umbrellas, mattresses, and towels are available free of charge on the beach and by the pool. There is another water slide on the beach near the jetty.

Double Room

The double rooms are located in the main building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, rental safe, tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning (central from June 1st to October 1st), minibar, and balcony or terrace (D). Double room for single use (DE). In Summer '25, side sea view is bookable at an extra charge (DMS/DES). Also available as pool view in Summer '25 (PD).

Superior Bungalow Type B (Villa Standard)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious, modernly furnished, and located in the outbuilding with ceramic flooring and a shower/WC, with land view (B2B/in Summer '25 V2). Side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (2BU/in Summer '25 2DV). Also bookable as a double room for single use in Summer '25 (V1/1DV).

Deluxe Double Room (Summer 2026)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are located in the outbuildings and offer a side sea view (DMS). Double room for single use (DES).

Family Room (Villa Family)

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these feature a separate bedroom and individually adjustable air conditioning. The family rooms are located in the outbuildings (DF2).

Double Room Type A (Summer 2026)

The rooms are located in the main building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, rental safe, tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning (central from June 1st to October 1st), minibar, and balcony or terrace (garden - pool or side sea view at the hotelier's discretion) (DA). Double room for single use (DEA).

Bungalow Type A (Summer 2025)

Same location and amenities as the family rooms, but in a new design (B2A).

Villa Type A (Summer 2026)

With similar amenities and location to the double rooms in the villa area, but larger (approx. 33m²) (VA).

Ultra All Inclusive

Buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open, and selected imported drinks are included from 10 AM to 2 AM. The minibar is stocked with water, soda, and soft drinks upon arrival, and refilled with water thereafter. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Sports included

Tennis on a hard court with your own equipment or rental of rackets and balls for a deposit, fitness room, table tennis, darts, basketball, and beach volleyball.
