The holiday property is located in a quiet side street and is separated from the famous Kleopatra Beach only by a small secondary road. The lively center of Alanya can be reached after approx. 1 km; public transport is available.

Summer:
The holiday complex offers 246 rooms spread across three buildings, each with five floors. Amenities include a lobby with a reception, seating areas and a lobby bar, as well as elevators in all buildings, the main restaurant with a terrace, a satellite TV corner, a hairdresser, and an indoor pool (heatable in winter). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area. In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (coolable and also heatable in winter) with two water slides (hourly) and a separate children's pool, a pool/snack bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and parasols are included here. At the beach, loungers, umbrellas, and pads are available for a fee.

Accommodation

Double Room Type B

These rooms are located in block B1 or B2 and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually controlled), satellite TV with music channel, safe, minibar, tiled floor, and balcony. They are slightly smaller and offer land view (DB). DR=SR for single use (DEB).

Double Room Type A

These feature the same amenities as the Double Rooms Type B and are located in the A block with side sea view (DA/DEA). For Summer '27, these can be booked at certain times, in limited numbers, and at more favorable prices (DI).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the summer from 10 am to 11 pm and in the winter from 10 am to 10 pm at the respective open bars.

Imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juice, ice cream, bottled drinks, Raki, food and drinks at the beach, as well as loungers and parasols at the beach.
